That's good if you lived where most needed stuffs can be bought with bitcoin which I don't think there is a place like that yet.

Good thing if you're using a service/wallet that can be used to convert your bitcoin into fiat when purchasing those stuffs.

One of my Facebook friends introduces me to Bitcoin. He is offering some tasks for some people and paying with bitcoin for that task. I agreed to do those tasks, and he set up everything for me. First of all, he tells me to open an account at Coinbase(to receive bitcoin). I open an account at Coinbase. When I finished those tasks, He sends payment at Bitcoin to my Coinbase wallet. In this way, I can able to know about Bitcoin.

After the day, I tried to do google and youtube to know more about Bitcoin. How to spend bitcoin, where to spend Bitcoin etc. I remembered that First I use my Bitcoin to research my Mobile Tongue

However, My friend was a blessing. With his help, I can learn about Bitcoin.

I first heard about Bitcoin on the internet many many years ago. But I didn't take it seriously back then. After some time passed, a friend of mine gave me an advice to do a good research about Bitcoin and invest into it if I'd like. When I started getting to know more about Bitcoin, everything has started changing. Now, I admire Bitcoin and have a good investment into it.

I am one of those guys who didn't took Bitcoin seriously when I first heard about it. And this happened back in 2011, when Wikileaks started accepting Bitcoin as a payment method. And later that year, one of my friends offered me to pay in Bitcoin, but I refused. I got my first BTC almost 1.5 years later, by the end of 2012. I regret about two things - first one that I didn't took BTC seriously in 2011, and secondly because I invested so little amount in 2012. I got 5000x returns so far, but imagine what could have happened if I had invested a good amount when I first purchased BTC.

This is a great topic and one I have always wanted to know exactly how I personally found out about bitcoin. I know that I found out about bitcoin sometime in 2013 and didn't purchase any until very early 2015. It's funny but I actually had a dream the other night that I had first bought bitcoin in 2012 for like $100 bucks lol..no idea why I had that dream. Anyhow I wish I knew exactly how I found out about it, but I do know it was 2013ish..I think it may have been through coin collecting. The Anonymous Mint made 1 oz copper coins that had a bitcoin symbol on one side and something else on the other...I think this is how I first found out about it.

I also heard from a friend, maybe if he doesn't want to teach and help me get to know bitcoin, most likely until now I won't even know bitcoin, and won't know what bitcoin is, after he taught me about bitcoin, then I have started to open internet, and continue to learn how to play in bitcoin, and invest in bitcoin, and now i finally get profit from bitcoin..

The first time I heard about Bitcoin was way back 2014. I just created an account here on Bitcointalk, installed Coins PH and heard about Pesobit. During that time, I was not serious about Bitcoin and focused on network marketing instead. 3 years later, I’ve finally decided and the rest is history. Proud to be part of this revolution.

At first I had no idea about bitcoin but later through one of my friends came to know about bitcoin I learned everything about bitcoin from him. Bitcoin was much cheaper then the popularity of crypto market was not so much gradually I also decided not to work in crypto and achieved success by investing in bitcoin is several times more expensive than before. The demand for crypto will increase in the future thank my friend and I am grateful to him.

You should really thank your friends, because they have succeeded in getting you interested in learning about the crypto world. Most people who are

I first of all heard bitcoin randomly from people around and sometimes heard it on news, Buh I fully learnt about bitcoin and started taking part in it when a friend of mine made me know the importance of getting involved with bitcoin related activities, he made me learnt much about bitcoin because I found so much interest in it and wanted to learn more about it tho and ever since I became so grateful to him because bitcoin has fetched me so much fortune.

Well uhmmm, I wo see when that was actually, like in what year or era did your friend say this. As, if it were to be about 10 years ago, I would hardly believe it to have any sincerity about it as bitcoin had no real value then but should it be about now, 6BTC is a whole lot of cash and yeah, a lot of persons would more likely be ready to commit murder for that amount. Again, your information of bitcoin being about an online currency that nobody uses is inaccurate as even in the eay stage of bitcoin and I put this to be about 2009-2012, it was actively in use and was used in purchase by some users of this forum. You can find that info on the Parity Party thread.

Again, its the worst idea and not adviced to use Bitcoin for criminal activities. Please, those with this mindset should disease from it. Let's make bitcoin a decent currency and the world a better place with it.

I heard it from my brother who said about profitable trades due to significant price differences in the near future. that's why I learned about bitcoin and found out about a lot of things. maybe if time could be repeated there are many things to do, namely high trust in bitcoin so that they dare to invest in large quantities.
