in the past we have ICO here that spread for 1 to 4 months until they achieve what they plan then little by little they still promote this like for their first month they list this in trading site then in 2,3,4 months focus to find more investors and the bounty hunter in that pay in coins/tokens every 1 month so add that also price of it so even they are new we can see already that their coins/tokens have price in market like that earn trust by investors so this will grow,Moreover trust also the ICO that spread by good manager here

Smiley Smiley Nowadays, in ICOs world there are good projects who are pushing by people who  work in relationed projects about crypto y blockchain, but  we need to remember that you can find people who offer this services (developers, managgers, whitters, etc), its really easy!!, but how can i have certainty about the team who are pushing a project?? In mi case, i look all profiles, and pay atention in things like: companies or project they used to work, interest, which kind of people they follow or are related. I know you need time for that, I would like to know how do you have certainty about the team who are pushing any ICO project??  Cool Huh

Like you point out here most of the ICO project has over time becomes a scam making the investors lose money and bounty hunters precious time and energy promoting such ICO. I do not just see any ICO project and support it, I do my own research by going through the concept of the project from the white paper and I ask myself whether such a concept is realizable? and then I try to find out what product the project will eventually bring out. Will the product be of any use to human race? Will it solve any problems in any field of life. Who are the team members and their experiences? If after all these and am satisfied then I will go ahead and promote the project.

There are certain factors which you should consider before investing in any ICO. The most important of all the factors is the idea of the project. Look for projects which are based upon a strong and unique idea as these projects have higher chances of faster growth rates. Team of the project is another factor which you should always consider before investing. Team of the project is what decides the direction in which the project will go and therefore decides whether project will grow or not.

It's really difficult to know if ICO dev team is good or not. The only thing I care about is all members in dev team are real instead of fake information with a random photo of random person collected on the internet Smiley. You just need to make sure all of them are real persons then you need to check all other information of ICO project to know if it's a good project or not.

First you need to determine if these are really real people? And the second question: do they have everything they need for success?

To do a thorough search of their profiles and get in touch with them for product related queries.
You may verify if there are industry experts involved, people with a good past record and also their presence on social media.

I think the advisory background of an ICO project is also worthy of attention. because the advisor who already has several successful ICOs means he chooses the right project, because his reputation as an advisor is at stake

Some ico team add to the team one or two advisers who are well known in the crypto world. For example i am following one ico they add with then as adviser the founder of a successful coin and project.
This add value when you evaluate team.

There should always be an update about the progress of the project itself as a whole. Such thing is important because it would give the investors and users idea to continue or to not to. Also, if the staking is accurate on the bounty campaigns because some teams are not making sure that stakes are being distributed every week.

The team members must have a real online presence, and their professional profile must be up to standard. That is, they must have at least 3 to 4 people who have worked with the top fortune 500 companies in the world in important roles as well as a advisors with an equally fitting profile.
Always have your guard up when researching people because people go to high lengths to forge a legit profile.

It may be difficult to determine the team of ICO is good or not. But we can analyze from some elements:
1. The team must be real, proved by their social media links truly, not the fake one and we can check them.
2. They are professional in their capacity of the work
3. Of course, the team will be good moreover if they have made a successful project in the crypto.
4, Solid team, smart team with new concept and ideas.
I think these four elements at least can represent us to choose the coin or ICO.

It's a very hard nut to crack to tell if an ICO team is actually genuine or fake. Some will even go to the extent to put up fake team members because they don't want to reveal their real identity, knowing fully well that their intention is to scam. Now this is how I checkmate if a team is real; firstly, I look at their profiles, whether on LinkedIn or Facebook. I check to see when those profiles were created, and also if their position in the project tallies with what they have on LinkedIn and other platforms. Also there is a software I used to check images used, if its copied online,  but sometimes the software malfunctions. Also, I check to see if there is a reputable star team member, who will not like to dent his or her image. If there is an advisor who is well known backing the team, it's likely they won't use fake images. Another thing is, the images used, do they tally with team videos made if any? These are some of the things I look out for personally when doing my own research on the team. Experience of the team also matters, hence I check where they've worked before, positions they occupied and so on.

I adhere to three criteria: you need to see where the team works, and look at the consultants of this project. Secondly, the idea of the project and 3 Try to participate in projects that have already collected a soft cap of such projects. There are a lot of projects today - an example of #swachhcoin. The project will pay people for their trash. At the moment the bonus is 25%, you can buy coins until mid-December. I advise you to see the project.

That sounded like determine and then terminate?
Are we going to talk about ICO scams here? Grin

It aint that easy. You must go deep in following them if you really want to know their purpose.

First of all they will make sure that all team member have a background and it looks legitimate, which will give you a hard time.
Second some of them are true people behind it but just caught with the leader who is the real scammer.

Whitepaper. Look for their errors here and also their visits in different countries while marketing. See to it that those are real.

That's simply, the team behind an ico should be considered as good if they are active with their project. If ever the updates are as fast as ligntnings, it would already be a good team but if it brings quality service , that is on another level which would positively affect the market outcome of the project as well as its long term progress.

Just stick with someone that somehow famous and well known among our community. You're not going to risk your money in the hand of stranger so it's really important to see atleast 1 famous person in a project. Also LinkedIn is important too to see but as we find out so many scam project are using fake LinkedIn using someone else's photos so you need to be wary.

First of all we need to find that the team is real or just created from the google images. Cheesy

If they are really true profiles then we have to consider their experince in crypto trading, which country and how transparent they are about that project which also will defines the good or bad team.

As you said, have a look at their professional profiles on LinkedIn and check the background, experience, where they have worked, etc. If everything adds up then they are probably legit. If there is something fishy, you can investigate further and see if you find any fake information. In that case, you should stay away from that project since there are plenty more which are real.

You cant do much, besides investigating they are real and have some background on the topic they want to do.
You should think if their idea has merit, and if it has a real world usage also.
