Just try googling, as I can remember there is also a list on reddit that has some sellers that are accepting the bitcoin, it of course does not have all the items you maybe need but its a start and it maybe can help you.
I don't think you will find ebay sellers that accept bitcoin, but i recommended you to go to search for websites buy & sell for bitcoins like bitify.com etc there alot of sites but beware of the scammers.

Indeed the fact is that google can really help you to find accepted seller, otherwise there is just online one option left and that is just ask the seller if it is.

I must say finding them is pretty difficult and I think its right now even not possible for some items.

but if you still want to buy from ebay then easiest way is to write a personal mail to seller and ask if he would accept bitcoin as payment,this is easiest way
