I think you need to post 30 activities and stay here for 30 days before you get a jnr member status. I read that 1 activity is for a day and 14 days can account for only 14 activities.
not sure why newbie have to post here before can post anywhere else. 
I guess they want to make sure we aren't someone they want to kick out before they let us annoy the old-timers.
hahahaha you have a point their buddy, its like they want to know if your a candidate to kick out or to ban,,,

haha one point is you can increase your activity here by posting, and since this page is for newbie like us, then at least we can learn also from others..
In what topics are better to participate in order to rise quickly? 
its your own choice, rules are applied to every page anyway, whether here or to Bitcoin discussion, or market place, or economic, or off topin
just open any thread that got your attention and reply into it.
read their posted link, the solid answer is their,,, Keep reading mate and if you want to give your idea to some topic then feel free to reply, it will make your post worthwhile...
you have to keep posting to increase your activity, when you reach a minimum activity you will gain new status.

Looks that they are really concern the quality of posts. Some of yours might be deleted as said before.
Had no idea how do they manage to keep this place out of food as far as rules force you to post more.
I guess that as far as you proceed to more advance level it supposed your posts do either

Make a quality post, so it will not be deleted by the moderator. and you need to monitor all your posts on your profile, so that if there is a deleted post as your reference for improved quality
Daily 5 post is imp. When your activities cross 40 then you become jr. member. So do posting everyday.

Your nearest rank is junior member. So far you have to engage an activities in forum effectively. Minimum 30 activities required for being the junior member with 1 gold coin tag....
You need to be active on this forum, also try to look on the "meta" sub-forum you can find answers there. Anyway, you need to be active for two weeks atleast making 1 post everyday.

I can feel you bro.... whenever I try to post its shows limitations, even you can't search twice within 90secs.
To get out from newbie status and to go up you need to spend more time in this forum eventually your activity will say when can you get out of newbie status.
