Well, since there are lots of scam Ico around it’s really hard to choose a good bounty program. The team and the main idea of the project is so important, the team has to be reall proffessional when it comes to future of the project.. but there is always a chance to choose the wrong one, lol.
advice from me, if the program is running you can see the development of the coin whether it has touched softcap or not, or whether to touch softcap or not and the next important things is you need to see the whitepaper, whether the purpose is clear or not

I always check bounty manager first, because its important for me to trust them. And imdo my own research about project, the team, ico, bounty campaign program and their socia media accounts.
I think all of the answers that posted here are all good, but for I think the good advices that can I give to you on how to know a good bounty campaign are used your own knowledge, and understanding about crypto world. Create your own criteria to choose a good bounty manager and boumty campaign this things might help you to identify if a bounty campaign projects are nearly to be success.
There are lot of good bounty programs here but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are all successful. You can do a lot just to know if they are all good. Reading their whitepapers and checking the background of the team are just some of it. Look also for some comments/reviews because this really helps.

To find out which bounty are good and worth to follow, you will need a lot experience in joining them and learning about them. The basic are getting to know about their project and the peoples who are involved in the project.
Observe the activity in the white paper or cable and whether their blockchain development technicians are experienced. I think that's enough.
Before joining any bounty campaign, first assess for the feasibility of the project by reading their whitepaper and visiting their website. Check thier website, thier facebook and their twitter , . But for me, I didn't trust easily if the one who posted the bounty is only a newbie, I also check whose joining on the bounty, if there is no full members or above rank there maybe it was just a waste of time bounty. Check also the Spreadsheet if it was updated.
When you are planning to join such bounty, and you cannot afford to waste your time by doin there tasks are, try to go first in their social medias especially the telegram because there are some discussion there that might help you either the bouty is legit.
