there are people who are looking for team members in upwork that will later offer a position in their blockchain company.  i was offered once when i was working with someone who is into bitcoin. i hate the idea that he didn't reveal much of their platform. i then stop responding to him, who cares about upwork ratings anyway. his idea didn't fly yet but i still can see him here in the forum with his pre-ANN thread.

How do people find together to start a new project? New projects and ICOs have nowadays usually 5 or more people (developers, consultants, marketing guys, lawyers, ...) from the beginning. They have to get together somehow. How does this happen?
with the introduction at the beginning of the conversation and find out their respective profiles. After all in the know they talk about a goal to be able to respond to each other between developers, consultants, marketing and others. All are talking about are ripe for a project they want to do, to make the project run smoothly with each other to give a good opinion and can agree between each other.

In Monero case, there someone that forked BCN and he made an ANN on this forum and people got interested in its technology and started following him and organising. Made forum communication channels. Those with developers skill started adding code.  When you have idea fro a coin that is needed you will get good team in no time. Monero is total example. You dont need any crowdfunding or ICO  or premine. Just an idea of an useful coin.
This i most honest model, and team is in the same position as investors. More they deliver more support they will get. I still believe this will become more popular again. Now is the time of ICO and ITO, my conclusion is that we are loosing decetralisation, and we are in direction tor the big corporate capital.

I think it's just like an audition where they post some things that only cryptographist can analyze( i don't know what to call them) because its a way on how developers would know  if you know a lot of these things. But i think most crypthographist are already experience coders because its one prerequisite of an a coder of even complex mathematics and even computer science connected knowledge.

Are you talking about small ones or big ones ? The big ones are decided by the known people.

They are already familiar with each other and have talked a lot during these years and they pitch each other an idea and get together to build something. They are already known in the community so when they publish a new coin it worth a lot. However I don’t know how it happens from people who are new to bitcoin community.

linkedin is a good start point to meet people for this kind of project, if you look carefully they even link their face and everything to their linkedin profile, but i think some of them maybe are fake, i'm not trusting someone unless he put his ID, but no one will do that

i agree, it is true most of these ico use fake photos. they stole photos on the web then making name out of it, basically no real coder or advisor behind the photo. Just a 1 person scam as usual.
Most of the time and most developers are taking fake pictures or identity just to show of on to the public that they are legit which we should really be careful on investigating even more when we do decide to join on a certain project. They do usually meet up on social medias and also to forums just like here you can post anytime you want if you are seeking on a certain person with specific skills needed on launching a project.

I guess most of the team members are hired by founder of project.Sometimes there may be more than one founder and rest members are hired through linkedin etc.

From the early start we have here few developers groups lead by Whales and they were involved in creating many coins and many past pumps, this is nothing new. I believe whales are those concept creators mostly, becase they follow trends..
It s not hard to find freelancers if you have nice budget.
Then comes takeovers, dumped coins left by their original creators..XMR for example is one of them.

It is usually happen if there is an ico project the will happen in this industry.
All people who involve in the project plan was divided into different categories such of course Developer,
marketing (consultant, speaker,  other team staff. Then from time to time they give their ideas then they will combine it until will be approve by the team.

There are many ways, it is no different than any other group of people trying to get together to do something, sometimes people begin to brainstorm ideas and then people begin to get excited about the project and then you begin to look for candidates that can fulfill a particular role in the project and when you have all the pieces you launch the project.

i'm not trusting someone unless he put his ID
Which can be faked as well. Even if you meet someone in person, you have no idea. How many fake names did the MintPal/Moolah guy have? Haven't kept up with that other than him being in jail now.

how come investors are trusting this guy so carefree, even with escrow i would not trust theseguy, and i would make the right decision, because every ico out there is either dead or useless dumped until no money can be made anyway

There are many ways to get in contact with people. But always try to determine if the are 'real' and truthful. Try to get a Skype meeting and actually have a look at the person you are talking to, if a person is willing to actually show his/her real face that in my mind says a lot. It would even be better to meet in person.

Indeed, it is correct! most of the ico just to get the attraction of the investors they will some fake photos to deceived them to invest to their
campaign. That's why in choosing ico it needs to be more careful about it. It supposed to be transparent all the team of the new coins in the signature campaign.
