How do people find together to start a new project? New projects and ICOs have nowadays usually 5 or more people (developers, consultants, marketing guys, lawyers, ...) from the beginning. They have to get together somehow. How does this happen?

Some of them are posting thread and looked for qualified members if you look at the service sections people are looking to be part of a team for a new coin that they want to create I tend to trust this kind of team forming because they know how crypto currency.being a member of this forum.

Most definitely, there are many investors, developers and other people who have plans for ico projects or even other projects but most of the ico projects are just scam nowadays and just created to loot people with fake hopes.

My guess is;

  • They previously worked together on a prior Alt project
  • Someone has a really good beta project or an idea for a whitepaper and they have a fairly extensive existing people network in place already
  • Someone has a really good beta project or an idea for a whitepaper and they tout for team members in existing teams, on linkedin and even on bitcointalk

if you want create new altcoin and much people dev team

or you can leader and developer, you only find another person to marketing, all coin must you control, or another team only help you to succes promotion in ico selling

you can find team in github, linkendin, or in bitcointalk forum

linkedin is a good start point to meet people for this kind of project, if you look carefully they even link their face and everything to their linkedin profile, but i think some of them maybe are fake, i'm not trusting someone unless he put his ID, but no one will do that

i agree, it is true most of these ico use fake photos. they stole photos on the web then making name out of it, basically no real coder or advisor behind the photo. Just a 1 person scam as usual.
