Move On !!!!!!
lots of things in digital goods sections is very cheep
thing for 10$ you found it for only 1$
and they are not scammers because they usually accept escorw
how do they sell things with that price ?
are they hacked things or stolen ?
or cheating methods ?
or what Huh

Depends , if you see cheap Spotify , Netflix , Origin , Steam accounts and people sell them in bulk then yes most of them are cracked which means they don't actually own them but stolen .
If you see gift cards (usually Starbucks giftcards) with so cheap price you should know that they are carded (bought using stolen credit card) , same goes for VPS if they are too cheap and in bulk then they are most likely cracked , So you should use your brain that's all Grin

I think this covers a lot of it.  If you see huge percent off chances are it was gotten in not the best way.   When they can offer a 15 dollar service for 50 cents you know something is up though.

So just go into it knowing what your getting.  I would avoid gift cards as they can be revoked and btc transactions cannot. By price you know what your getting.  If it sounds to good to be true chances is it is.

Exactly this! If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. So chances are you will probably end up screwed. I have bought once some Microsoft Office keys. There was a huge discount. They worked for a week and that was it.

Lesson learned. After this, I barely ever visit this section. You do increase, our chances not to get screwed if you buy from accounts with good trust rating, but these accounts are not in majority in this section.

it depend if the thing they are selling is something that can mek profit on its own, if this is the case they can afford to lose versus their initial cost and gain something back

also there is no guaranteed that everyone in that section is actually taking profit from these goods

Mostly the make the price cheap to be sure they got is sold.

Better a low price then no price. I have also a account with $100 for sale for 0.2 BTC. If I ask a higher price, I know it will never be sold.

may be he buy more and get discount
so he can sell it cheap Smiley

Yes it is known that discount is applied in bulk orders, but i saw Starbucks which was sold at 20%, i think in this case is not about discount. There has happened another thing which is probably stolen/hacked/cracked most of the time.

a lot of times, it seems like vendors are even upfront about the fact they're selling hacked accounts...

Anonimity is like a cozy blanket for those wanting to sell illegal stuff...

Often people when complete surveys in many website they get awarded with gift cards, mostly amazon gift cards. But when it is no use for them they try to sell even for 70-90% so it's legal. There are also for 50% but take at your own risk.

They don't buy it at original price and sell it much cheaper. They sell to have profit.
It can be any promotion or promotion code that was before (sometimes free) so they have profit to sell at that price. It can be cheating method too.
