here in my country there is no online shop or any thing which accept bitcoin but i think the best use of bitcoin is to not to spent much but to save it for investment and use it for trading and make more and more bitcoins for better future....
There are many ways to use/spent bitcoin. Because I am using online wallet. There are markets there, you can pay bill. Also you can buy load. Because I haven't verify my account on the online wallet yet I store my bitcoin the I spent it for buying a load. And I used it by investing and trading because it is the way to earn big.
The way you described how you use bitcoin it seems that you are using coins.ph and you are form the Philippines. Its just my hint its because I am also paying my bills, buy a load using my bitcoins through coins.ph. I am also doing some trading in yobit and after I earn enough bitcoins I will convert it to Philippine peso to purchase necessary things for my family.
i think the best option that i can do to spend my bitcoin is by withdraw my bitcoin into real money and then we can buy something we want because there is not many store offline that would accepting bitcoin as the payment. and this is why many of bitcoin user will choose this way to spend their bitcoin including me.
Not only you and me. I think most of the people here in the forum are doing the same. They just the sell out their btc and change into fiat and using it. If many sites or businesses starts by accepting bitcoins means that would be purely helpful for many btc users.

Others are trading it to a different crypto-currency or exchanging to dollars, so how to you use it ? 
If you cant directly spend your bitcoin because its not still available in your country you could still always exchange your bitcoin to your local fiat since these way is the common thing that most people do because we all know that bitcoins adoption in not too spread throughout the world that's why we would exchange it to fiat on our local wallet service provider. 
Here in our place there is only few stores accepting btc, usually i spend it by loading my mobile phone or paying my bills but if i want to buy clothes or anything that is not available online i have to convert it to fiat to be able to spend it.

OP is clearly talking about spending bitcoin directly not converting it in fiat, and there are indeed few merchants thata ccept this, like dell, newegg, steam
but you can rely on some world-wide third party like all4btc or purse.io to spend your bitcoin and get rid of fiat, there is also open bazar...

Most of the time I prefer to spend my bitcoin to altcoins because I see that there are many opportunities to increase the bitcoin volume, whatever the bitcoin price becomes, because I like holding bitcoins for a long time.
Every investment has it own risks but we have to do this if we want to have a little profit, but we should be careful because there are many pumps and dumps in the altcoin trading and this happens more often than in the bitcoin.

Here in my country. Only few shops are only actually accepting bitcoin. And they are very far away. What i usually do is i convert it into cash so i can buy stuffs i want. I usually buy foods, clothes and other necessities. Bitcoin here in my country is not that popular. I think thats yhe reason why theyndont directly accept bitcoin as payment. Once all people here starts adapting bitcoin. Im sure many shops and establishment directly accept bitcoin.
My biggest spending is the rent. My landlord is bitcoin-friendly and I don't have much cash left so it was a no-brainer. I also use it to buy online stuff wherever possible. I used OpenBazaar many times for it. I travel a lot in Asia and sometimes there are vendors accepting bitcoin so I'm happy to spend some money there. Also, when someone pays for my dinner etc I repay them with bitcoin.
I am thankful there are some online shopping sites that can accepted bitcoin, sometimes I use to payments when online shopping, buy a voucher, pay utility bills and so on. In addition, I use bitcoin to invest short-term or less than 1 year old, I'm not sure that bitcoin can survive for the long term, because a lot of complaints from its users.
Use bitcoin wisely and smart. Use it to buy some clothes, shoes and accessories. Because we know that today you can buy stuffs using Bitcoin. And specially use it for investment so that while you are using it to buy stuffs at the same time you are earning.
always wondering to spend my bitcoin to buy clothes offline ,unfortunately until right now there is no offline store available around my place
,so i just spend them online mostly in gambling ,

I cash out my bitcoins monthly, it's like my salary and I use it for everything - clothes, food, fun. Bitcoin helps my life a lot, cause of today it's the only way to make money for me.

If ever is won't be accepted in my country legally then I am still comfortable holding Bitcoin with me because my local wallet allows iit to be converted to Fiat currency which has more uses than Bitcoin. My wallet has an option to convert your Bitcoin in Fiat currency equal to its Fiat value. This will allow me to spend money that I have earned through Bitcoin.

Here in the philippines bitcoins is not much popular to the mall stores or supermarkets but you can pay bills using bitcoins, now i use it to buy online game credits like steam wallet , gadgets and cashing out to pay bills in our school bitcoin really helps alot in my life and im so happy now that im earning alot of bitcoins for free just in trading and signature campaign.online website store like amazon, and lazada can accept bitcoin soon.
