Eversince I joined thebitcoin community, i think of it as an exta source of income! It helps me a lot specially in my daily finances. It taught me how to earn money online. It also opened my mind on the idea of trading, gambling, investments and diferent kind of scam and how to avoid it.

How do you earn an income from bitcoin?  I have some on a phone but am not sure how to turn it into cash and not sure if I should.  What kind of scams should I be aware of?
I guess you are a newbie, there are many ways on earning bitcoin and you can convert it to cash. Thr thing is ypu need to be patient in using it cause If you are a newbie there are too many things to do or to learn if you are starting. There are some newbie threads here many questions of yours has an answer there.

Thank you, I'll try to find the newbie threads.

Although I've heard in my country can buy stuff with bitcoin. but I never found it. but honestly, I prefer using my bitcoin to buy stuff in online, because I think it's more easy and practical. because I was the one that includes the lazy go out for shopping Grin
Really, I agree with you, I would use bitcoin to buy online stuff. not for spending bitcoin to shopping. There is money you can spend it, but i prefer to use bitcoin for buying some good stuff especially freaky stuff, for exemple ancient coins, Weird things.. etc
For now we can just use bitcoin to online stuff but not all limited site only that you can buy service and stuffs.. the good part here in my country we can use bitcoin to pay for monthly bills like electricity and internet bills.. but still hoping that bitcoin can be accepted locally. for now i am spending bitcoin for buying domain and refilling my ad campaign on bing since we have vcc here that we can refill with bitcoin.

There are some shops here in our country who accepts bitcoin as a payment and also I can use it to buy some stuff like in dota by using p2p bitcoins. Most of using it as a online payment because price of bitcoins are not stable.

Steam offers you the Bitcoin payment method, so you can buy wallet codes for BTC if you're interested, without having to deal with anyone else. I'm skeptical most of the time when it comes to dealing with others for BTC or other stuff we can't directly trade, even when there is an escrow in there. I paid $10 on Steam until now and I don't regret it!

I spend Bitcoin a few times on gambling-Sports bets specifically, I bought camcorder from aliexpress with bitcoins through shopawl last year. I might pay my next Uber taxi trip with Bitcoin. The rest I first convert them to fiat before any procurement.

In my country for me to acquire goods and services I usually have to pay in cash because they still don't accept payments using bitcoin well luckily in my country I can turn my bitcoin into cash in a minute using coins.ph and spent it on whatever goods/services I want
Yeah I agree that. There are only a few countries accept BItcoin as a currency so it is very hard to find a shop or a store which accept Bitcoin. In the next decade, I think the situation will change because people have to learn about technology and adapt to new innovation on this planet or they will absolutely be vanished

First , I would like to ask you one thing . How to do use you paper currency ( like USD or something).
The question i asked is similar to that of yours . As you just asking everyone about how are the using their money.
Well i prefer to use Bitcoins to buy the latest and awesome games on steam. Buy particular and costly skins .
And then trade them and make profits . This was just one way of using it. Nowadays people even use bitcoins is Starbucks.
Soon they will start using it in many other firms . And btw , we can juts convert Bitcoins into your own currency and use it
like normal cash.
So we can buy almost everything with that .

In some countries bitcoin cannot be use to buy Real stuffs like food clothes and other goods and services but even though bitcoin can be used in plenty of ways mostly in the cyberworld it is used in online markets like Game Credits, Gadgets some use it in the dark webs to purchase weeds, drugs. Others are trading it to a different crypto-currency or exchanging to dollars, so how to you use it ? Smiley

Most of countries are still not supporting bitcoin in their local purchases but only few countries have the option to buy good in their local areas, many people are not using it wisely saving bitcoin for their future returns according to country you are living you need to move with it rules and regulation otherwise you will face problems in spending.

Yes you are right that we cant directly spent bitcoin to whatever goods that we want however we could now easily converts btc to fiat and it that way we could still do the spending. On the other hand since we cant use it directly it would just serve as for money making or saving more than spending

I use my Bitcoin in bill payments.  Whenever I earned and saved a good amount of bitcoin, i convert it to fiat money and send it as remittance to my family.  Aside from that, I also use it for trading and sometimes I do gamble it in some Casino site.
like me, I almost did the same thing. I also find and save bitcoin in a long time, and then replace it into the form of fiat money, but, I then put it in the bank, because I felt it was better discount savings in a local bank. other than that, I also do a variety of investments, so I also get income in each month.

In India people can do Mobile or DTH TV recharge. Pay phone, broadband, electricity, bills. Buy discount coupons for eCommerce sites like Amazon using bitcoins.

Also a very few shops accept bitcoins.

I personally do not spend bitcoins unless I am getting heavy discount.

I cant spend my bitcoin directly here in my country because there no one who accepting it directly thats why i usually do cash out or exchange my bitcoin to our local fiat before i could able to spend it.Maybe someday it would be already available when bitcoin adoption progresses in the future.
