I have never bought Bitcoin, when I entered into bitcoins, I was earning from faucets till it became messy.
I switched over to doing tasks online for BTC payment, on this forum from services to bounties and campaigns.
Now, I'm into trading.

Experienced that also dude and its very wrecking to see the earnings at the end of the day thats why I stop to used faucet then go buy bitcoins bia bank transfer to the people I know online but I just do it one time since I managed to keep my bought btc roll and its pretty much good now since its volume is increasing day by day since im lucky to have a good trades on certain exchange.

Now, when the price dropped, it is a good time to buy.
I also use CEX.io for a while. No issues so far, quick credit card deposits and easy buy. But they are a bit more expensive than other exchanges.

I use sites and services that don't require identification to buy Bitcoin. It's just not safe to upload confidential identification online since it's exactly what a criminal needs and you have no idea how well it is secured.

I tend to use Localbitcoins.com and Yobit.net but most of the time I trade with my friends, who also like to use cryptocurrency.

I can see now that Bitcoin hits historic all time highs, I think is about time I buy myself a few.

Best way to buy bitcoins is local market. Now local market can be individuals, company, organization or even your friend. It is far easy to buy btc there with local money. For example, I live in India and can easy buy bitcoins from local companies like Unocoin which sell bitcoins through sites and apps.

Local market are the best way to buy bitcoin since it can make us safe from scammers who are wondering around here and also here in philippines our local wallet provider is super flexible since they allow us to buy some bitcoins via bank transfer,7-connect deposit, money transfer and many more, And this kind of wallet should really need to find by all of us here so that we will not be deceived by dickheads outthere, But sad to say coins.ph wallet is only applicable for filipino users only.

That is not wise to buy bitcoins at it's historical maxumum. Yes, bitcoin will raise even higher than 3000$ no doubt, but on your place I would wait for some seriouse drop in the price. Well, in the case if money is not a problem to you there is no matter when to buy bitcoins, isn't it?
I tried to buy bitcoins like a half year ago on YoBit, but this try got failed and, I don't know what happend, in a short word - the deal wasn't proved and I got back my money. After that I didn't try to buy even a little amount of mBTCs.

I can see now that Bitcoin hits historic all time highs, I think is about time I buy myself a few.
While buying bitcoin seems like is a good idea you should have bought months ago when the price was a lot lower than this, at this price many are doubtful to buy since the price is so high at the moment and while the rally may continue that is not something we can be sure.
This is the same as saying that you either enthered on day one, or you shouldnt. You can see several examples in the past 12 months that probably we all are still early birds and BTC will go even higher. With high and lows on the way of course. Around june it was 600 and when i went to 800 there were people saying it was dangerous to get in. Then came the new year and 1000 and fears of a massive sell. I see very high values, but the market his vast and bitcoin is being used in real life transactions. So, to answer your question i personaly use localbitcoins and coinbase.
That was not my intention, I think the value of bitcoin can go extremely high during our lives but at the same time we need to be smart and try to enter the market when the price is lower than in the previous months, it is obvious that  it was not possible because of the rally, but I think right now is the perfect time to buy, the price has been more or less stable and we are far from an all time high so if you invest now you could make both short term and long term profits.

I agree with you it seems that this time is the right time to buy bitcoin, in the hope of the next few months or years bitcoin prices will increase, so we can benefit

I usually buy them from localbitcoins, but I'm looking for a way to buy them with less fees and normal price since their listings are way over 4% the actual price of bitcoin

I'm not buying bitcoins currently, but if I would need to buy, I would use my country local exchange. I just need to deposit some money from my bank account and exchange fiat to bitcoins. I wouldn't buy bitcoins with me credit card, because high fee would be charged.

That is what I do too. I buy using cash deposits to buy from a local exchange, this is really the easiest way and they don't charge a lot of fees. All they charge is exchange fees, well not really fees. It's basically the sell price is higher than the buy price similar to foreign exchangers.
Well for now i am not using the bank to buy bitcoins we have here in my country instant way to buy bitcoin in no time..
And there is no fee you don't need to pay for additional when you are buying bitcoins here instantly they are still depending on the market price. that is why its good to buy bitcoins here in my country.

It's just not safe to upload a picture of your passport or driver's licence online, since it's exactly what a fraudster needs and you have no idea how well it is secured. The company definitely doesn't delete your data after they confirm it.

Localbitcoins is good only if you're planning to hold for a long time. Their prices are usually 5% above the going price.
I'm in Europe, so I prefer to use an established, well known exchange like btc-e. Never had any problems with them and their level of anonymity is decent. There's always a risk, but someone could say that when buying on localbitcoins you can get robbed at gunpoint, so the risk is everywhere, just on a different level.
