In my own opinion i will not convince anyone to earn bitcoin or to learn about bitcoin but i will share to this different person or to my family what are the benefits to obtain bitcoin and how it works. Just by telling them the value of every coin they will probably be attracted to it and start to earn so there is no need to convince.
As much as possible I don't really convince or force them to use bitcoin.
