Trading can be very stressful and a trader need to get tools that will reduce there stress rate and time the will be spent on analysing the market. I don't spend plenty of time  on trading cos I have robot that trade for me which makes everything easier for me with stress. I know how it feels like looking at charts Everytime just to see the possible move of price at every interval.
And how do you deal with the stress? Obviously your bot is one way to do so but even then the stress can accumulate just because you lost several trades in a row even if you were not looking at the charts, do you use meditation, spend time with your family or just enjoy one of your hobbies? I ask because it is really important to learn how to deal with the stress because even the good traders that are earning money in the markets end up getting tired of it and quit because of the stress.

I think that trading is one of the most stressful things.
It is a rollercoaster of emotions and if you do not have an outlet, you will make some mistakes easily.
How do you cope with the stress of trading?
This is not stressful if you know what you are doing , this is not far from stocks trading or in your own entered business.
that if you have only limited knowledge then expect stress here and there.

Best to limit only your trading since you are starter, don't push too much and dont invest too big.

Just learn stage by stage and not instantly operating to risk your funds.
I am not so sure that I agree, even if you are an expert trader and you know exactly what you are doing trading is still one of the most stressful activities there are, you need to watch the markets for several hours each day waiting for an opportunity window that will only last for a few minutes and in extreme cases just some seconds, and if you fail to make your trade during that window you missed the opportunity or even lost money because of it, to me that is incredibly stressful even if you are a profitable trader.

Taking a pause after making a mistake will save you from being stressed and caught in making another mistake, as I've found that making a mistake causes my brain to think less clearly than before. A mistake would lead to another, and the tension would build up. As a result, taking a break is necessary to renew the mind.

One thing is certain about trading, it's stressful and can get emotional if one isn't lucky. But some things I have learnt over the years is losses will always be part of trading and you have to accept this and try to understand why you lost that trade to try and avoid the same mistake from happening again.

Sometimes in trading people lose not because they don't know what they are doing but because they are not in their right state of mind, say for example a relationship break up or intoxication which could cloud your judgment. To give your self a chance at winning trade when you don't have a lot going on in your mind.

Does nobody here have netflix account or something? I mean we are talking about stress and nobody suggests netflix, or amazon prime, or whatever. Just keep on doing something that every other person does to chill. What does a miner do to chill after mining? What does a doctor do? What does an accountant do? What does a chef do?

The same answer of all those people trying to avoid stress and calm down is the same answer for a trader as well. Obviously every person relaxes differently, if you want to actually relax then you have to end up doing something you enjoy, some people like to go to plays on broadway or whatever, that sounds as boring as it gets for me and I wouldn't relax that way but some other person could be refreshed and start working the next day. So do what you like doing to relax, and keep on doing that just like any other business, trading is no different.

YES, it is bloody stressful trading sometimes!
Now, I need to preface this by saying that I am a principal in this company. But I've also been a trader for over 20 years. I make the decision of which coin to invest in myself. But then I run my company's RMaaS - Risk Management as a Service models on my exchange account. We've been using these models since 2017 on company money and Panxora has just launched this service that has models that add value to about 30 liquid markets including BTC, ETH, ADA, SOL, UNI and so on.
To give you an example, I was staking most of my ADA leaving about 100 so I could see what RMaaS wanted to do. On September 6, the models started selling ADA and buying USD so I unstaked all my ADA, which the RMaaS models hedged in USD at an average price of $2.78. For 2 weeks it wasn't so obvious that this was a a good choice. But I have to tell you I felt so much better this morning knowing that as ADA fell off a cliff I was all in USD. A quick look at my calculator and IF the models wanted to get back in here (and they don't. They are still totally FLAT) I could buy 30% more ADA than the system sold 2 weeks ago! If you think how frequently bitcoin falls off a cliff - 40% down in May 2021 and now coming off again, risk management can make a considerable difference to your holdings.
Right now, we're looking for feedback on the User Experience, so you can use RMaaS on your existing bitfinex or kraken account without a license fee. All I ask you to do is provide the team with useful feedback on making the experience easier for clients.
Oh, and there's also the basket trading / ETF Creator service. This just ticks along making money as models keep the cryptos you hold in alignment as the relative prices move up and down.
I really hope some people will find this useful and it destresses their trading lives.

If it makes you feel like trading is a stressful way why not just take up futures trading? You don't need to watch price movements for 24 hours and save sales. Because crypto trading is not to stress you out, but to teach patience in dealing with markets that are not always on top. So while this can be simplified, don't make it difficult.
Futures trading must be done carefully even though it doesn't take long but the futures work system is the same as part-time trading.  well, is it better to run futures trading with a bot or manually?

How do you cope with the stress of trading?

Stop trading.  Buy/Hold.  Don't look at charts daily and watch thrlugh the years as your position increases.  I mean people make good money trading but there are plenty that get wiped out.
Good advise because most of us fails as the market starts to make drop and we become panicking meaning that if we don't check amrket constantly then we will just let this go and maybe in the next day of checking the value already recovered.

this is the problem if the trader don't have the guts and understanding deeply as the ending always be in desperation .

HODL so you won't be stressed anymore.

How do you cope with the stress of trading?
At first i am not really into day trading activity but i know it is stressful especially it is like we forced to gain profit everyday and in a short time of trading activity, maybe sometimes change our trading style into mid or maybe long term investment so we not must to see market every hour or maybe every minute and then set a target in what price we want to sell our coins. Spend money to ourself, to gain our happines is not a wrong thing because we do trading is to gain profit not losses.

How do you cope with the stress of trading?
Just dont pressure yourself and learn on how to deal with different situation. It is also better to set aside your emotion because it can lead you to committing a decision that you might regret. As long as you fill your mind with knowledge about trading then you're aware of the possible scenario that can happen. Sometimes losing is inevitable but dont let yourself be affected because there are still chance to gain. Have patience because all your effort will be paid off in time.

Trading is very stressful but you need to know what you are doing. Always try to get the best strategy or work with people that are having good history or better understanding about the market so that you can learn from them not just depending on yourself a lone. Try to read trading books to understand more.

Berterending is indeed a very stressful thing, but with a calm and patient attitude stress and panic can be overcome even though it is a little difficult, this case is often experienced by greedy people in trading, and in my opinion it is very natural to happen because of losses, I personally experience this  then I overcome it by taking a vacation with my family, and if I feel calm and comfortable then I will start trending again,
What are you saying mate Huh, I myself am very confused in understanding the words you say, if I may I know what is "trending" and why you suddenly start trending? What are your other professions as an artist or actor? then how can you relate it to Stress, Panic, Patience and Calm Huh

Almost everyone has been in a stressful position because of trading, especially after making a mistake that caused a loss. I think it's a natural thing experienced by traders but it all depends on us how we can get out of the zone so that we don't fall into the same mistakes and emotions. I personally prefer to leave the market and anything related to trading for a few days before starting again calmly. it is very difficult indeed but it must be done to avoid bad things happen.
Good thing some traders manage to control the stress but for some too, its very hard to avoid it. But one thing i can assure, stress will come and go normally. But it will also be a good idea if you can take some measures so you won't end up totally in loss.

I actually go out of town for some days so i won't have to deal with stress anymore. Its like having your me time so you can unwind and think of possibilities that can divert your interest. And once you're ready again to trade, come back and start being productive again.

Never push ourself, trading is something that need us to be calm. If we panic or in a hurry condition, sometimes it can cause us to do reckless thing and made wrong decision. And we trading not all use to be our capital, we withdraw some money to daily life and maybe get a vacation. In vacation if we want we still can trading too, there are a lot of sites that mobile friendly and we can trade anywhere as long we have internet connection.

Many individuals do not like to leave that area, they raise their tension higher and their bigotry is relieved only when the results of the problem are revealed, this is the regular behavior of quite a few traders facing a market crash, praying and staying up all night then looking at the chart to see a good move but it's something that rarely happens. On the day of receiving the results, the heart almost constricted and hidden in the lifeless eyes were regrets about taking delayed actions, set stop loss and forced to leave when stressed, don't hide the market images in your brain too much, easy to lose control
