There are things that should not be greedy but become wasted.  Greed is the psychology of emotions generated by the trader, placing too many shorts or the profit rate too high also causes damage.  Stress symptoms only occur when you're in a loss-making state, limiting decision-making in that state.  Or when you win, reduce the excitement and greed.  It is recommended to set trading criteria or follow the discipline to control trading profits/losses with a limit.  Do not exceed necessary.
Excitement is totally fine to experience when you are seeing your trades about to win and you are projecting high profit.
And the impact of it oppositely is difficult which make a trader stressful and for one to overcome it has to control and do not be too expectant with their trades.

Firstly I think if you are new to trading then you will be in lot of stress but as experience comes I don't think this problem is going to happen because as time go by you seen all market strategy, any coin can come in profit if the buying happens at high price so experienced traders is know when to buy and what to buy. After all the conditions if coins falls and you are stress then remember these words put that money in crypto that you can afford to loose, this can happens.
Nah, I think most experienced traders still suffer from stress during trading but the difference is that they are so used to it compared to the new ones. But they do know when to stop and when to start to avoid too much stress because that would cause their trading strategy to fail hence the emotions should not be involved.

The OP should need more time to cope up with the market and adjust its body if he/she wants to continue trading without carrying too much stress. And I think the internet has their own methods to cope up stress everytime you are about to bust in the market.

First off: only invest with money that you are willing too loose. I think you need define a trading style and stick to it. When I have 100% profit in one coin, I always cash out 50% of it; in this way you get your initial amount back and the rest is free money.
You did the right thing of taking the cash and getting the profit because it's why we're trading. If you don't go for the profit and you're just holding it as an altcoin and hoping for the highest price that it may get, you might miss the opportunity of that coin to be sold at the top. And this can lead to stress which is hard to bear because you're going to feel bad and that stress will stay maybe for a day or two or more.

When the market is declining and you believe in a project, than it is the moment to buy.
Always research and check the project if it's still worth even if you believe it before buying.

Even those optimized techniques will be upheld on your trading application, there's no impossible thing but all probability will result into good outcome. But avoiding to become greedy was too hard, that's why coping with stress was very hard so it needs proper management of our emotions so stress will be beatin. There's a lot of diversions that can be effective, it can be your family bonding, going to vacation and sports will help us release all tensions made by pressures in trading.

I think that trading is one of the most stressful things.
It is a rollercoaster of emotions and if you do not have an outlet, you will make some mistakes easily.
How do you cope with the stress of trading?
That is really stressful when you are not comfortable with this. So no wonder why many had come but later one, they leave with regrets as it was because they don't fully understand what they are doing. If only you have such passion and motivation towards trading, you'll never find yourselves being stressful but instead, you were happy.

The only thing I could say is that to assess yourselves, never think that all are going to become a trader. No, and might you're not. That is why, if you feel stressful then must have to say that we don't need to force ourselves to do it as this will only end up nothing but just losses.

Don't just spend time in front of the screen, sometimes if I feel tired with market movements, it's better to go find other entertainment, maybe talking with friends or girlfriends can add new enthusiasm again.
I think that a way to deal with the stress is to think of trading as just another job, for example I have heard stories of people that were trading all the time and even had their accounts set to send alarms to their phones if something important was happening, so those people never got a good night of sleep and were always tired and eventually burned out and left trading, if you want to last a long time as a trader then you need to set a limit of 8 hours per day when you will trade and any movement that happens while you are not in front of the screen needs to be ignored.

Don't stick to one trading style all the time to cope with the stress of trading learn more about investing money and trading by experimenting with different styles of trading instead never follow an expert trading style. This does not mean that your trading style will bring the same financial rewards as them  having a defined system or trading style will benefit you in learning how to make more money and make more trading profits.

How do you cope with the stress of trading?

Only really disciplined people can withstand the work of a trader. It is difficult to cope with emotions when you don’t have a specific strategy, so you trade depending on the situation. This way, your emotions will drive your decisions and it is more likely that you will lose eventually. So my recipe for stress is a strategy made up both on your own experience and mistakes and on experience of other traders.

How do you cope with the stress of trading?
You can try to reduce your time to trade by managing how long you should trade and no matter what the result is, you should follow your rule and stop trading when your time is up.
Do not force yourself to watch the market movements, especially if you feel tired because trading will consume your energy and time, so taking a break will reduce your tension.
Even if you think you can analyze the coin, it does not mean you can make a profit since the coin price movement can not be predicted so it is better to calm down and not rush to decide.
But the important thing that you should be concerned about is taking a break from trading after you trade for some time.

In trading of course we must feel stress when all the coins we buy do not reach the maximum target even we experience losses, then the way to relieve stress we have to stop trading for a few days and we still have to monitor the state of the market at that time, if we have found coins that are worth investing in then at that time we just trade again, and we must be relaxed in the face of market situations that are always changing at all times so that we do not cause stress.

What is really stressful about trading? To be honest I never experience stress when it comes to trading because I always think optimistically when there is a price drop
everyone has different hours of trading time, and also different levels of mental strength, bro. Don't compare yourself to other people because they are not the same. There are many factors that make people experience stress or fatigue in trading and they should be avoided.
Yeah, there are other factors which do really add up some stress and its true that it is truly different on each person and that different levels of mental strength is actually i do really believe on.
Some might be already be stressful and some arent really that minding much because they can able to handle it out despite of such condition. There are indeed lots of factors that could affect
you and since trading is unpredictable specially with the price then it is something that could create that confusion and questions in mind which neither you can handle it off or not
when exposed on very long hours of trade.Having a break is a must!

Trading has always its risk associated in it and of course the stress that it will caused. And i know most of the traders have hard time avoiding stress so if they can't deal with it, then it would be very unhealthy to continue trading.

I have been dealing with stress lately and i must say i had come to conquer it. I think getting a break from trading is really a good idea to avoid being exhausted. Have fun with the good people around and never stop yourself from enjoying just because you failed in trading. Do the things that will help you forget about trading for a while. Divert your mind into some other interesting activities that will relieve all the stress in your life. And when you think you are ready again to trade, start trading with more positivity in mind.

How do you cope with the stress of trading?

It's hard to cope up with stress when you don't know how to handle pressures during fluctuations of market. But in order to survive, we need to overcome all those factors that hinder you success.
What I wanted to recommend those who still struggle on trading at worst situation, is that they should focus on their goals and don't let fears be overthrown by unwanted circumstances.

Just like what most have said, taking a break is way to manage stress induced from trading. It is always helpful to stake a step back and breathe, especially after a stressful encounter with trading results. Sometimes being too eager to make good results again and to regain losses makes it more hostile and van even lead to more damaging outcomes because the mind can be clouded due to emotions.

Trading can be demanding on your mental health,  emotional state and affect your relationship.  Therefore,  a decision must be made before hand so you could curtail your own exceses! I de-stress from trading by taking out time with my family and doing things we enjoy together.  I also like to listen to music,  I guess music releases my dopamin and make me feel relaxed before trading again!

Take a break. Sometimes if you’re having a tough time a break is the best thing for you.

Trading wise. if you’re feeling stress or going through a rough patch reduce your size. Trading big every time does gets stressful.
We can not deny that trading can make us stress for some time, especially if we are losing some money. Only taking a break can reduce the stress so we can analyze better than before when we back to the market. If you think that sleep can help you to reduce stress, just try to sleep and forget everything for a while. Besides sleep, you can do other things that you think can reduce your stress so hopefully, you can refresh your mind.
