First of all, doing your own personal research before investing your money won't make you run into a loss. But just in case the going turns bad I'd suggest you just just follow your heart at this moment because since a coin that's still just new too have crashed so badly, the chances of the price picking up are very low and as such your investment might end up going with it, so once you notice it's falling beyond the red line it's better you pull out so as not to cry at the end

Unless my investment not planned for short term and not required for emergency purpose. I will hold my coins until its bounce back to peak or to a decent margin from my capital.
We know the market will be always fluctuating with profits and loses. So even loss is not permanent and the profit as well. We can hope for bounce. If the coin or a market is not troubled by any governments like stopping the exchanges for time being and implementing regulations. we can expect for increasing in value especially if you are bitcoin holder.

I just have fasting when ever I have loss because when you have loses do don't feel to eat or sleep so its better to fast and focus on the other jobs to divert myself from the lose issue.

Just get over it! Another way to avoid loss is to set a stop loss and this way you wouldn't have to worry too much.

Most of the loss happened due to the lack of concentration in my life due to sailing in two boats like job and trading it was very difficult to handle both together and I stopped trading after loosing and keep my self focused in job to come out from the loss wound. It is very hard for me to forget the loss I faced but no option left then to forget.

I would limit my thinking when I'm losing money and I would go out or hang out with my friends as this will help me to be more comfortable and able to reduce stress in my work. Once calm I will try to return to trading with a better spirit

The fluctuations of the cryptocurrencies, especially the altcoins' are not scaring me anymore, because I have already accepted that, this currencies are so volatile. to be calm in the face of losses, you have to be aware of this. After of that, the most important things are patience and luck for me.

I faced the loss when I was doing trading it is happened my mistake as I didn't get time to watch it closely and it crashed down. That moment I am not able to control my sorrow and not able to eat food for 2 days properly just thinking about loss only for a week then I control myself and start concentrating in my job this is what I did.

One thing is till date I didn't repeat the mistake again.

This kind of loss would be lessen or somehow eliminate by setting a goal, diversifying your investment and making sure the money you would invest is not the money you would need for daily needs. I strongly suggest the last one because it causes emotional impact if your investment goes down and it is not good because it only leads to greater losses and regrets.

I always have this long term mindsent , I always put in my mind that losing today will not guarantee that I couls also lose tomorrow , when I see a lot of red on my portfolio I will always have this thinking that It was just temporary and will regain it's value some more time in the future , I just Hold my coin and sell it when I am already gather some profit ! I will NEVER sell as long as I see red on my portfolio and that was the art of self discipline

I feel you. I actually have loss in my investments in other cryptocurrenies. I just hold it for now and hoping that it will be bounce back to a higher price but it looks like nothing happens. For now, since it is loss, you better to hold it for now. I know that this will take too long. Right now, that is paper loss but when you withdraw it, sad to say, that is actual loss. So better to hold and wait until the price gets high.

Nothing, it is just a bad day for me if that happens. Whenever I loss in this like I loss money or I get a lower profit on my trading, I dont take it seriously and I took it as a lesson. So I will be ready for the next time it will happen to me, I know what is the right thing to do to not happen it anymore. Because if we let our emotions involved in this business we might get crazy in this, it is a risky job so we need to act professional. Being angry and depression cannot help us be a better trader we need to manage our emotions and always keep calm and be optimistic on every thingbeing pessimistic will not help gaining profits

and take it seriously as there's no tomorrow always be positive and make sure that you will cope up and bounce back much stronger than before.

We decide to trade because we believe it's possible we can make profit, therefore we have to be stronger to deal with our loses, always accept your loses and learn form it so over time your strategy will improve. Once you are already consistent, you are gonna make more money as you will be more aggressive.
Always put in mind that a long term success is better than an overnight success because with long term it will make you more mature in trading and that will help you to survive.

for me its your prerogative to wait till it bounced back or sell it right away,but why need to sell if the price is more lower than you invested?so better keep and let them on ur pocket coz we dont know what the tradings future,and make it a experience to kearn that next time we must be carefully understand in where and when to treade

Experience hold a key role too here in trading , the more often you do trading the more experience you will earn.

I am fortunate not to experience fatal losses, I spend more time trying demo trading and understand the theory more before doing real trading. If I suffer a loss, it is still within a reasonable nominal so the burden of recovery is not too heavy and can be finished in one day.

Loss in trading is normal therefore it's necessary not to risk a big amount when you are not yet an experience trading, you made mistakes and you have to look at it as a positive thing that would help you to learn, if you feel upset that would be the end of your journey. Trading is better than gambling because there are a lot of people who were successful in trading but it's not easy as we think, they work hard to have that success.

And before that success, those people also losed a lot of money to pay the "fee" of the market. Nothing is free and of course, if you want to receive the experience, you need to spend your money and even your health for the market.
