And I convert my scrypt-coins to BTC at opportune times.

Thinking of getting rid of most of my gear though.  Pay-off / Time ratio isn't quite satisfying me anymore.  Should probably focus more on the day-job....; Grin

If you already have some amount of bitcoins, you can also look at Day trading for earning more bitcoins.
 But its become tough now.

Are there many Bitcoin day traders out there?

There are many methods. Here are some of them:

Mining Bitcoins on your own (you need specialized software and having good computer capacity to get real profit) on the other hand, you can invest some btc on sites like Genesis Mining.

Also, you can use faucets. They work with ads but only give you a VERY small amount of BTC everytime you enter and put a captcha. Many of them require you to have a very high amount of satoshis to cashout, but some of them pay with temporal wallets like Microwallet. It's still not a very good way of spending your time unless you have a list with a 100 faucets and many free hours a day.

In my opinion the best way to earn BTC is joining signature campaigns. Find more info here:

You can invest in altcoins but there is always danger of scamcoins, you gotta watch the market carefully and choose wisely if you're gonna invest on an altcoin. If you're looking for a good altcoin see http://coinmarketcap.com/ to see the prices over time, stay away from charts that look like mountains. You''re also looking for a good community and good advertisement made for these altcoins. The more professional they look, the better.

You can also go on reddit and offer services or get hired by someone that pays you in BTC for doing jobs. Beware of scam though.

Hope this helps Smiley

for earn bitcoin you try faucet, cloud mining, and joined signature camp for earn bitcoin

Faucets take a long time to many any serious money. CLoudmining, is only possible if you invest, for which you have to have money.
Sig campaigns is a good way.

How do you earn bitcoins?
How do you earn dollars? You do work.

This, but the problem is when most people these days can't barely keep paying the bills, they are not going to risk their money on bitcoin, this is another reason of the price crashing. What we need is jobs, extra internet jobs paid directly on bitcoin, so you don't have to convert your regular salary into bitcoin and pray to satoshi that you don't lose half of the value in the next month.

I would say fiverr, but I think they charge like 5% or 10% for bitcoin. Seems like it would be a discount and not a charge  Huh

Try something like fiverr. I am aware that they accept bitcoins, but not sure if they do payouts in bitcoins as well.
Would be great if they do. You could also join a campaign, or offer skills in the services section.

I bought most of my bitcoin using fiat which i earn from doing affiliates and advertising campaign. There's limited option though to get paid directly in btc so it's far better to earn it in fiat and then convert it. Also a portion of my stash is coming from signature campaigns.

Sig campaigns can be pretty good, especially when combined with ref links, but those are mostly not available for low-rank members (such as the OP).

Affiliate programs is one way (check my sig). You could also mine bitcoins. Check the service forums for people that are requesting all kinds of services for bitcoin. You can also sell some of your stuff in your house.

Those are some quick ways

Can you suggest some affiliate programs that pay in Bitcoin?

Check out the gambling section. Most of the dice/casino/poker sites have affiliate programs and pay commissions in bitcoin (or altcoin).
But it's very hard to earn a decent amount this way if you're not active on other forums or have your own website(s) or blog etc.
