It's quite hard to explain sometimes that why I always say that I get paid by promoting something in inernet and thats all hahah
When I earned my first money with the bounty, people around me (especially my family) asked me where did my money came from. When I told them that it came from bounty campaigns, I saw their puzzled face. So I explain it to them with this analogy: "When politicians are running for office, they always show their faces in public in order for them to remember. They give flyers with their name and platforms in it. ICOs are like politicians and their elections is called bounty campaign. We make the ICO popular by posting in forums, social media sites, and creating videos and article." And they quickly understood it so every time someone ask me about bounty campaign, I always used this analogy. How about you?
OP, you sure have a remarkable way of explaining things. And i am in awe of you. I must commend you for having a creative mind.
On my part, when somebody asks me what i'm doing, my first reply was "have you heard about bitcoin?" If they answered "no", then my next reply will be, i have an online job. Period. No need for further elaborations. That somebody actually got the point instantly.
I think it's very hard to explain to an individual [all there is that concerns the bounty campaigns], who haven't had the slightest idea about cryptocurrency. So most of the time, i gave them the most simplest answer there is. I have an online job.
Personally, I just say to everyone that I’m doing cryptocurrency advertising on social networks!
Why would you need a analgoue for this?
This is nothing overly complicated, it is just a marketing atrategy which pays after the work is done and if the project is sucesseful and honest. Thats it.

Funny. I don’t say anything about the bounty company, I’m just telling that I’m doing advertising, and for those who are getting interested, I’m already explaining what kind of advertising it is!

Lol I don’t encourage my family and friends to join bounty campaign because they will add spamming in forum,instead i ask them to learn the market and be a future investors,we don't need many people like you whos making crypto forum as a Paid job instead we need

Easy to explain, bounty campaigns is you marketing the coins from new companies. They are paying you to carry their logos and information of their project on your account and market it to people who will invest in the project. I do bounty campaign part time and the people who know I have a part time job I just tell them that I am into online marketing 
I post advertising of a project in my social networks, or on special forums, or blogs. I think this may be the simplest explanation of its activities.
And I'm just saying that I advertise projects that want to implement some new idea with the help of blockchain technology or in simple language, with the help of cryptocurrencies. And then they become clear and understandable. Although many still do not understand what cryptocurrency is and why they are needed. There are also those in my environment, but now they are becoming less and less.
In my case my family didn't really know what i'm doing except for me wife, I just told them that i'm doing an online freelance job and I get by paid in usd.
For me, bounty campaign is a good opportunity ( in a sense of full time job or just a side line ). But I consider this as a sideline only, since the income is not sure specially on alternative coins section bounty campaign. Because most of the project is a sort of junk and fraud team. They just want to take advantage to others, from bounty participant through investors and many more.

Bounty Campaign is a form of advertisement where the participants of the campaign are being paid of tokens they gonna advertised in social media. The tokens being received can be kept for long term position or convert to BtC or ETH in an exchange which can be later convert to fiat.
When my family asked me about how do you get money, i usually answer them just say it's from bitcoin. It's hard to explain them about bounty campaigns because my family never know what is bitcoin, how much is the price and of course they don't know bounty is.
I do not explain exactly where I got the money, I'm just saying that this is a crypto currency
when they ask me how I earn, I say that I am engaged in advertising companies in the cryptomir, I also deal with investments, so I say plus investments in crypto coins

Despite of being a tedious job, it could be a good source of income for members with high rank because the equivalent stakes are high. However, this is not profitable in low rank members especially now that the system for ranking up has changed!
I explained it to my friend that it was like a company which of course which has different department and there where you can apply on what requirements you can passed. And their you need to do the weekly task to earn profit

Maybe the analogy is pretty good. say also once asked my work and answered bounty. Maybe they are confused and I assume that like promoting something to others who pass the forum, it can also through social media, create articles and also video.
