Well, everyone of us encounter that kind of situation and if someone asked me how does a bounty can pay me in my posting well I just explain it simple like in a television commercial the product will pay to make them popular, and bounty is like the product that need to be popular, but in our work it’s not just in a single country but all countries which is bitcoin is accepted.
I will tell them what were my experience when I was joining different bounty campaigns so it would be easily understand by them. By sharing your knowledge and experiences.
For my own if any of my friends or others who ask about my job. I prefer to answer ICO project helps promote through the posts on the forum, through social media like facebook and twitter. And after the project is finished we get gifts in the form of coins. Recently I described digital currencies like the Ethereum Bitcoin, altcoin and others.
I will explain it in a way that the listener will understand and will get my explanagions easily so that they will become interested in joining bounty campaigns.

for me it's very hard to explain that on them, because their lack of knowledge about bounty campaign or bitcoin, some of them don't believe me on what im saying.. im just saying that this is a networking..

There's no need to make it hard for them to understand, just focus with how the company benefits with your help and how will you benefits from them, each time that you participate with bounty, you are giving the company exposure and you are given them possible lead to attract investors and usersthat will be their possible supporters, while by doing that you are guaranteed to be compensated in forms of their own tokens or sometimes you can also received it in bitcoin, enough earnings for your help.

Your analogy is really a good example to use when asked of what we are doing on the internet to make sizeable amount of money. I would also like to use it somehow. Truly bounty campaign is one of the most effective marketing strategy of an ICO project. By applying as a bounty campaigner, you will going to campaign those ICOs and in return, you will receive a reward (depends on your stakes). Your reward will be a coin/token from that ICO which you can trade in crypto market once it hits crypto exchange or you can hold it for long term. This is also a good exercise for a bounty campaigner like me who also likes to contribute to ICOs because it helps me determine what projects are worth investing for.

In my opinion. Participating in campaigns is tough and need time to manage all you have been joining. Bounty campaigns are made to promote all the ico projects to be known from all investors and to the public. The more we campaigns the more the project will be known to cryto world.
The reward activities are usually the ones you help the ico team publicize their projects, and they give you some of the rewards.

For me if a person is really interested on what i do i tell them first to research on what is crypto currencies are all about. Then i teach them to create their own accounts and wallet and tell them to be patient in posting since they are still newbie till such time that they are eligible to join bounty campaigns.
I see it as an online promotion. I will explain that I am looking for an online investor for a project and let it be known to more people. My job is very important.
