I support the death penalty. Any liberal laws lead to more crimes. Migrant crisis in Europe also proves it. Only the presence of weapons among the population is holding back a huge amount of crime in the United States. Here you have all the liberalism.
I also support the death penalty law to those done high level of crimes and to unhuman crimes. Thou shall not kill is one commandment of god. But its not right to take others life only god has the right to do that.

Personally, I'd say the death penalty isn't very effective. Murder rates are higher in states with death penalty...

Death penalty is not active in my country. I am not partial for the activation of it either. time to time people ask government to activate it when crimes emerges. the reason that I don't stand for death penalty is mostly the rich and politically powerful can punish a innocent person using their power, and sometimes when someone hurting from poverty and she/he has no any solution for problems that person can take death penalty of a rich person's crime admitting some one's else crime for money so that she/he can help their loved ones with that money..

In the U.S. state of Arkansas for eleven days from 17 to 27 April - going execution of seven men sentenced to death. The reason for such haste is that at the end of the month expiration midazolam - medicines used for injections in the execution of the death penalty. Over the last ten years in Arkansas were not executed prisoners. The seven men were handed down death sentences in the period between 1990 and 2000, the years for murder, robbery and rape. Midazolam is one of the drugs used in the process of execution of a death sentence to the convicts fainted. In the US the use of this drug is considered controversial after 2014, one of the sentenced to death more than 40 minutes remained conscious after the injection of midazolam and died a painful death. European manufacturers of midazolam refuse to deliver to US an additional batch of the drug. Existing stocks will end shortly, so in Arkansas and hurry to execute the death penalty.

It's true that life is precious and our lives are gift from God. Nobody has a right to take away other people's lives. However, there are crimes that are too much that you can't even imagine that a people could do. I really think that death penalty is suitable for such crimes. Due process is needed because it would be a shame if the suspect is really innocent.

Death penalty is not the solution to end crime. There must be another solution about the problem in each country. Everyone deserves second chance and is the only one who can decide if our lifr is already done or not.

They should look for other way to replace death penalty.

Why they should replace the death penalty? Hardcore criminals without any chance of reform must be exterminated and neutralized. And for that purpose death penalty is the ideal solution.

If a murder do kill with an intention to eliminate his brothers life ,then death penalty is justified.

It depends on the current situation of the country. If the government officials can tolerate the crimes happen in the country then no need to impose death penalty. However, if the crimes still growing and no more ways to stop it then it is the time to decide to impose death penalty.

It is a difficult issue. But I disagree to death penalty. Why are we going to put in our hands the life of the accused people though they put in their hands the life of their victims? For example, the accused person killed someone and were sentenced to death, are we also gonna kill that killer? What is the difference between that killer and us? Nothing! I think life sentence is enough.

I honestly feel that death penalty is not relevant anymore in our times. The thing is I have this hope that any bad person could change unless of course they are mentally challenged in the first place. We should give anyone who have committed something bad a chance.

The law should really implement it because some people ain't scared of getting jailed except death. All of us are afraid to die and death penalty would always go into their minds whenever they are planning to commit heinous crimes.

You are absolutely right. For the hardcore criminals, going to the jail is like taking a vacation in a five-star resort. They get free food, housing and other facilities. So the only thing that can frighten them is something serious like the death penalty. But nowadays, even the death penalty is a joke. It takes up to 30 or 40 years to execute someone who is condemned to death.

In our country, death penalty is an issue, whether it is to be established or not. Since the country is religious, it is most likely that they are against death penalty but with the crimes happenig here and there, it is possible that Death Penalty is on it’s way, I have mixed feelings with Death Penalty but as of right now, I’m leaning towards of foregoing Death Penalty.

So by withholding the drug midazolam, european manufacturers are advocating for a more painful death for these 7 criminals.  Good to see Europe is no longer misplacing its empathy.  Finally somebody to stand up for the real victims here; those who were raped and murdered.

In my opinion , Im not agreed with death penalty . I know a person did something wrong , but i feel like it is better for a person to live a life sentence than actually kill someone because a person can have that on their consience and be remorsed by it . And also there are people on death row who will be on it for years and years . They’re just sitting there in prison .

Death Penalty is an extreme form of punishment. Life is not something which is given for granted. No matter how nasty the person maybe. There is always an alternative.Accepting this opinion can be controversial too for some. Ethics will give you the justification.

I agree that human life is very precious. But what you will do with someone who has destroyed the lives of a large number of innocent people? The only fair punishment for such a person is going to be the death penalty. I know that it is nasty, but there are few other options.

I know, it used to be, and I think that now it should also be)) because, we have a lot of killers who have to answer for what they did)) and in prison they will sit, and will go out again to kill people(
