In the U.S. state of Arkansas for eleven days from 17 to 27 April - going execution of seven men sentenced to death. The reason for such haste is that at the end of the month expiration midazolam - medicines used for injections in the execution of the death penalty. Over the last ten years in Arkansas were not executed prisoners. The seven men were handed down death sentences in the period between 1990 and 2000, the years for murder, robbery and rape. Midazolam is one of the drugs used in the process of execution of a death sentence to the convicts fainted. In the US the use of this drug is considered controversial after 2014, one of the sentenced to death more than 40 minutes remained conscious after the injection of midazolam and died a painful death. European manufacturers of midazolam refuse to deliver to US an additional batch of the drug. Existing stocks will end shortly, so in Arkansas and hurry to execute the death penalty.
Death penalty are not the only way to prevent crimes. In short crimes cant be stop by committing another crime. There are other ways to punish suspects by putting them in jail. And let them pay by there conscience.

For various reasons people are for it or against it,
Coming from a country with high crime and murders,
I am for it, we see and experience the effects of crime first hand
On a daily basis, these guys go to prison live of our hard earned tax
Monies come out, say they rehabilitated and commit crime
Again. So why allow them to live.

I feel death penalty is good for the criminals who is continuing murdered and rape the innocents people in this country, If their death penalty i think the heinouis crime will be decrease. Many of the criminals will think twice before they do wrong.

I still doubt if death penalty is a good deterrent so crimes won't happen.

Actually I agree with death penalty but only to those criminals who take lives of others, like terrorists, hang them in front of the people. But when it comes to rape( just rape, without murder ) I would not recommend it as a penalty, that's too cruel, a lifetime imprisonment is enough for them and let the the other prisons rape them too.

I support the death penalty. Any liberal laws lead to more crimes. Migrant crisis in Europe also proves it. Only the presence of weapons among the population is holding back a huge amount of crime in the United States. Here you have all the liberalism.

In my country we have death penalty before then it was changed by the previous presidential term.  now, there are lot of crimes happening, my government The New president now is working to put back death penalty and i agree for legalizing it to eliminate the people with harmful act.

I support the government program to follow up the death penalty for criminals who are above the threshold of forgiveness, because they have been given time to confess their crimes and contemplate them.

Seriously, I feel that death penalty should be measured properly. There should be a lot of articles, exceptions and proof on whether a criminal should really be subject for death penalty. This is life we are talking about it is not just taken away because someone did a mistake of also taking it away. Wrong deeds cannot be resolved with wrong deeds.

I know it is not in our hands to take someone life regardless if he was a good person or not. But I will go with the death penalty path. It will decrease the criminal rate by a huge margin in my opinion. It should only be applied on rape and homicide cases. The purpose is to scare criminals from doing it. In our country, there are cases where in drug addict killed or raped somebody because they are high. When interviewed, they just don't what happened. I just grow tired of this people and eliminating those criminals could make a difference. Peace.

I am entirely against the death penalty. Our lawless country is corrupted to the bone. Anybody can be thrown in jail, even most righteous and innocent people ca be accused of anything. So execution doesn’t seem like a reasonable option at all.

You haven't mentioned your nationality and it is impossible for me to make a guess. But all I can say that in normal circumstances, death penalty is awarded only when the jury is 100% confident about the guilt of the accused. Even if they are having a 0.01% doubt, they will not award the death penalty. Because even they know that it is irreversible.

I feel that the world has evolved and it has been for the good of mankind. I believe that it is not necessary anymore, since we're able to come up with various punishments for those criminals who did a lot of crimes back then. So, we need to stop taking lives, in order for this world to be a better place.

Yes, I agree. Nowadays, people have no fear anymore, even to authorities. The best way to stop all those hineous crimes is to implement something that could potentially make those people afraid of the law. It may be brutal, still if it's for the good of mankind and innovation of the world, then it's fine with me.

I feel that the death penalty is something that should not be govrn lightly. I agree that on some cases the punishement of executing a man’s life is something that can be given in extreme crimes but this should be given a lot of thought bfore meting it out

Death Penalty should not be a solution. We are not God to put the lives of people into our hands. Everbody deserves a chance to live and repent their sins.
You correctly say that only God has the right to take our life from us. But what about those who kill those whom God created? Even in the Bible it is said - An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. Every coin has two sides. I believe that the death penalty should be for serious crimes. For example:
Murder
Counterfeit medicines
Rape

I feel that it is fine, if someone poses that great of a threat to society were rehab is useless then to safe guard the populace it is the right thing to do.

But my question is, if you want to permanently remove someone from the society, then why can't you send him to slave labor for the rest of his life, to some remote penal colony? This will benefit both the parties. Whatever earnings come from his slave labor can be given to the victim, and the perpetrator benefits from it because he is allowed to stay alive.

Death penalty is good for the rules of the country. It can prevent crime, robbery, rape, and others cases that being bad in society. The people who do's that thing is being scared now because there is a rule that if you make a bad thing you are going to die. But im scared to those people or to my self that what if you blame that you didn't do the bad things and its not your fault then you accuse that you are going to death penalty. That's so unjustice.
