At the first time, I have the same thought same like you too. But after i think about it i already find the trick. I check my favourite bounty Manager's post each week and when he announce the new one, i will join it. But now adays a lot of Bounty manager already make a group in telegram and you can see what bounty are they handling right now. Hope this suggestion can help you. ^^
To find new bounty isn't a problem. The problem among all to choose, those projects which really cost something.
to tell the truth it is very hard to find new ICO projects but at the most time i used to find in the forum and i like it the most.
There are many referrences you can find new bounties , you can look at alcoins bounties in the forum thread of the bitcointalk, you could also refer to the ICO bench ,for some new bounties and the entire details of the projects , or you can go to the telegram of the different bounty managers for their new bounty they manage or promoted.

There is already an established group of different managers who lead the bounty. I also study different ICO rating sites, the best on ICOdrops.
I follow the ICO trackers and reviewers of this topic in the telegram, it is very tedious to look at the forum yourself
Bounties are everywhere. Finding them is no problem at the bounties section. But be very careful, not too many are really serious about their projects and others are just scams. Spending your time on them may end up just a waste of time. To avoid this from happening try to look or search the internet for a promising project and consider that such ICO would pay more for advertising their project if they are serious about it. The team has to be trustworthy as well. It is really hard to find a better one but just try your luck. Also consult bounty hunters they could give help in looking for good bounties.

Every day I look through both my Russian branch and yours. But I have to admit, there are a lot more good and well-paid bounties in your branch than we do. Thank you

Technically i find the information in their website. We can finding their project, their team, their goals, and many more.
You should do some research if you want to joining new bounties except you know this project according some advice of your friends in community. It can help too
