Actually we can see it first in the announcements altcoins, Some of the information on when they are going to start the bounty campaign are on there. To add to what has already been said, you can subscribe to the channels of bounty managers to get a timely update of the new bounty programs they run. This requires being active on telegram. And sometimes friends into crypto also helps

There are alot of ways, tvplus, bounty0x, bountysuite, bountyhive and alerts to the bounty board. But the thing is, it's not about the first to join or be up to date, but finding the one that you think will manage to get out of this market and sustain.

I select bounty just from trusted bounty managers. Risk of scam become smaller, that bounty of first available manager. Also sites with ratings can help.
We really need to be selective in choosing a good bounty for us to follow and can get maximum results. because of course now we know that more and more bounties are scam
