I'm curious to know how people follow the daily news. You got this forum, Reddit, Youtube, Medium, Slack etc...what works best for you?

Easy to answer this, first thing I come here read all the updated threads, then go to reddit though i don't like it much, then just Google little bit about Bitcoins I specifically wanted to know. Look if you want to know and be updated, I would suggest you to read here, not only do you get breaking news but also views of every one that helps to form a opinion and it is important to be updated and have a second opinion to.

I usually read news daily from coindesk and bitcoin.com. And of course the forums where there are links to the latest news, developments, even rumors about what's happening and unfolding in the crypto world. We just need to be careful as to what to believe as there are a lot of fake news that come out of nowhere from time to time.

I'm checking some news services - like coindesk or cointelegraph but the most important source of informations for me is Twitter. For trading it is for sure the best place to check. I like for example this two guys:
https://twitter.com/WolfOfPoloniex
https://twitter.com/GaliciaCastelao

And ofcourse Bitcointalk Wink

I just launched a cryptocurrency news site. It's like the Hacker News of cryptocurrency and blockchain news.

I decided to build it because of this exact question. I found myself going to a multitude of different sites for crypto news and wanted one place with the highest quality content.

Would love all of your feedback!  Smiley

look up in the top right of your screen, tap the Sherlock looking Search button. Then enter BTCUSD in your watch list and click that. THEN look down and you'll see a news feed. Or just go to coindesk.com

Definitely this forum is one of the best source for all crypto related updates and discussion. Some media outlets like cointelegraph, coindesk, crypto-news, news.bitcoin.com etc are good source too except some paid press release they used to have.

Following crypto related twitter handlers and /r/bitcoin and /r/btc reddit category can be helpful to get instant update on any crypto related activities.

I use twitter (just search for $ + the coin, for example $btc, and you will see what people are talking about it, or follow your favorite altcoin to see the lasts updates), you can join the slack of your coins, usualy the devs posts a lot things there, and you can use some apps to see the news, I personaly like the Blockfolio, you can put there your portfolio and see the news.

You can get all sorts of new related to cryptocurrencies through social media platforms. Specifically you could follow those groups and further you'll be getting regular updates. Now more telegram groups are active in the information sharing about the cryptocurrency network.

You can pick any one of the numerous crypto publications - cointelegraph, coindesk, etc.
Plus an actual search on google news throws up the best results.
