I get over a bad loss by watching comedy videos and hanging out with friends or sometimes go somewhere peaceful most epecially the seashore where you can only hear and see nature. Sometimes depending on the weather here if I am not able to go out I play games but not all the time as it can also give me stress, though I play MIR4 and PUBG.
This is very relaxing, for me I will take a walk in the neighborhood, and when I got home I will try to Re assess to where part of the game I am missing so I can correct it and I can make a different version of myself in the next few days if I will play again, it is very hard to have a huge losses but let us try to prevent this thing to happen in the future by finding our weakest point in our play.

Re-assess and find ways to limit yourself in terms of finances that you will going to use, having a bad loss and dwell with that feelings will only let you feel regret, but if you can take some time walking around or find ways to divert your attentions, it will be easy to you to move forward and forget about what happen to your game.

Just take time to free some space inside your mind and make sure that you have a good understanding that accepting your losses will allow you to enhance your gambling experiences and if you take it for your own good, you will try harder not to repeat that same mistake again.

What's your favorite thing to do when you get a bad loss?

When I lose a large amount in an online casino, I get distracted from gambling.

For example, I love watching epic TV shows.  Recently I watched the series "House of the Dragon" (prehistory of "Game of Thrones").  The show was amazing!  Each of the Targaryens is incredibly charismatic!  When you watch such bright colorful shows, the bitterness of losing a game of chance quickly passes.

My inner player is recovering quickly and ready for a new game...

I've been on a losing streak and I'd rather watch a few movies, but hours later the thought still bothers me.
I'm also a fan of the PUBG game, but it's true bro, for a while maybe we will forget our losses.
But a few hours later while playing PUBG only made my mood worse because I lost in the game and I didn't enjoy the game.
In the end what I did was call some friends and go to a coffee shop and try to joke with friends.

What's your favorite thing to do when you get a bad loss?

When I make a bad loss (big loss) I try to read novels/watch movies and/or I try to take a rest. I stop playing/gambling for a few days/weeks/months and I try to restart playing after several days/weeks/months. And I continue playing until I make another big loss on another gambling/casinos.
Getting over a bad loses is just too uneasy for us especially if we have gamble with the fund that is meant for something else. It is never easy like the way we might think depending on what particular game took the money and what the money would have been used for.
Getting over a bad lose is uneasy and slightly difficult to achieve but we might not have the full momentum to get over but all we just have to do is to keep moving in respective of how huge the loses could have been.

As they say, time heals anything, so that will take some time to forget and get over with the bad losses we experienced.

Even me is somehow guilty about this because in the past, there's are times that I tend to spend some funds that is intended for other use in-order to continue my gambling or with the hopes to get what I've lost but in most cases, I didn't manage to regain it and just got barely got home with a penny in my pocket. That's where I've learned my lessons, that is why now I'm just carrying enough that I can afford to lose and so that I won't go overboard again.

Frankly speaking, I'd prefer thinking about how to avoid big/bad loss than thinking about favorite thing to do when I'm in a bad loss. Preventing is always better, isn't it? However, in case I'm in a bad loss, it is obvious that I did not play as what I should (beyond my own limit). If this thing happened to me, I'll do nothing except accept it and forget about it by doing some positive activities such as sports (I do like to go to gym and fishing) and stay away from gambling for a while to reduce the greed of loss recovery.

Yeah, right, better than experiencing it. If you can avoid, then why not right? Though bad loss really happens and we do have different take and budget when we participate or when you go to any gambling sites, losing all your funds will really hurt you and will give regrets on why you let yourself lose your money instead of avoiding it.

You will regret it but you need to move forward and find ways to divert your attention, better than keeping yourself sending money to try recovering your losses.

What's your favorite thing to do when you get a bad loss?

It is difficult on my own part. I will feel extremely sad throughout that period i have not been able to find a way to calm my nerves when i experience heavy loss. Sometimes food works but not always. If the loss isn't much food can help me get over it but when it involves something huge i have to wait till i am able to get over it myself
Maybe you must leave all activities for a while to recover from the loss.
It's hard but you have to try it if you don't want to experience constant sadness.
Whatever losses you experience, you must be able to calm yourself down because otherwise, all your activities can be chaotic and you can't focus on doing them.
But I'm sure you can handle it and even if it takes time, it's okay and it's better to keep trying to calm down.

Calming yourself after suffering with big losses is not an easy task but yes it's doable just needed to have a good mindset, and a lot of diversion to take time moving away from your gambling activities, it's not easy as it is but by practicing things it will not new to you. You can keep your gambling after recovering yourself from that experienced.

Doing other alternative activities that can keep you away from gambling will allow you to think clearly.

Once you come back, you are all clear and you will be able to enjoy your stay.
After all, calming down is something you should do after suffering a small or big loss.
And yes, diverting by doing something else will help you not to think about the losses you've had before.
We must keep trying because we don't want to feel sad all the time.
And if we get used to diverting our minds after suffering that defeat, it won't take long to calm down.
And after that, we can forget the disappointments that we have experienced and return to other activities with no burden.

It's good if you can handle losing money in gambling so that it doesn't make you feel sad for too long.
There are many ways we can overcome sadness. We just have to try them individually to find the most effective way to help us forget the loss quickly.
We can easily control the feeling of losing money and our emotions in gambling so that we do not experience even greater losses.

There are lots of ways since there are different interest where people been involved into.If they could really make themselves get along on watching movies on easing out anger or disappointment, then they would definitely be doing that. Whereas there are people who are interested on doing sports or other physical activities on which they could really make out distraction into themselves and continue to deal up.
Overcoming emotion is something that really very that hard when you dont really know on how to control your emotion.Getting over would really be that easy if you dont mind much
about your gambling losses and could easily move on but there are people who cant just do it simply.

Leave gambling altogether instead of trying to recoup, you eventually forget your losses, how sooner you forget depend on amount of loss  Tongue

Play only with spare money that you can lose. An example of such money is if you invest and the money multiply like crazy like Bitcoin was doing in 2012 and you find out that your 100 bucks is now worth 100k, losing 1k on gambling would be nothing.

I never had to get over a bad loss because I only deposit the money that I can lose. I never deposit more while gambling. If I'm out of money I'm done for the day with no regrets.
It is that this is called playing with intelligence, that of investing for me is the best game that one can have and it does not matter that many years pass, if you have a bitcoin and then it goes up 100 times more is something that has no price, it is something that should be enjoyed when it happens, for me it would be great if a person could go through that, and what you say is very wise, if all the players bet the money that they only allow themselves to lose, they would be giving a great blow to addiction, already addiction would not be a problem because it would simply be something totally overcome, but if and only if people see the game that way, otherwise I think it is very difficult for them to reach a level of that understanding.

What's your favorite thing to do when you get a bad loss?

That is a great way to cope with the loss, there comes a time when you have to forget and get over it, usually what I did is do any activity but not go near the PC or something like going into a casino, because it makes me angry with myself, so sometimes I drain it by playing soccer or hitting my punching bag, sometimes physical activity is what makes us forget everything, when it's a sport the head clears much more, the thought is something that everyone likes humans always have, you can't fight against that, because it's something that determines us, it's like conscience, however I think that anything that makes us forget is good.

The only thing that relaxes me when I always lose playing gambling here in crypto gambling is watching movies like action, comedy and

motivational shows and I often watch them on Youtube, Prime Video, and Netflix. That's why they are also a big deal for me, sometimes I walk

around inside our subdivision with my son or eat outside to unwind with my family, things like that.

Depends on what you like with gambling. If you really intend to stop permanently then you will have to accept the loss and burn all the ships behind you. Often people go on and have too much lost money in their heads, that's when the problems really start. It's hard not to think about that. That is why bank role management is important. Many people have said it many times before but I want to repeat it again: only play with money you can afford to lose and consider it play money. You should not gamble knowing that you will get rich quickly, because the only thing that will happen quickly is that you will go bankrupt.
Once you do make out deposit on a gambling site then you should consider those amounts to be lost already because in most cases where gamblers do always lose their money on the end which means
that if you had already been anticipating that your money is lost then losing them wont really hurt that much and you wont really be that minding that much which means it woudnt really be that stressful
on your part. There's some people who arent really that good when it comes on handling out their emotions and reactions towards losses which it do end up on being impulsive
and ending up on making bad decisions which is something that not really that appealing to look at.
Such a mentality won't arise, but it is how we need to get into gambling. We should not expect the amount to be ours, once we've made the deposit.

Luck is the prime factor that gets us win, even though we're good in making strategy and decisions on the outcome of the events.

Handling emotions is a must, because most of the time when we experience loss we loss control and end up losing everything. For that if we were able to keep ourselves under control we can limit the loss.

Quit gambling for the time being for time is the best thing you can do and it saves you from losing more money. I know some people cannot bear that they have lost the money in gambling, they keep on playing with the hope that they may recover their loss but usually when you play for revenge gambling, you will lose more and more. There s no way gambling houses will give you chance that you recover your money.

You can stop gambling for the day, or week depending on how big you have lost. I have allocated certain budget for my gambling need and if the budget is exhausted i am done with gambling and wait for the next month budget to gamble. In this way, i know my limits on how much i can lose in a month and it eases pressure on me and give me pleaser & fun while gambling.
That is only a temporary solution as you say,I always get enraged when I lose a big amount and I lost a decent amount just a couple of days ago as I was deceived by the slot machine,it gave me a lot with the lowest bet thus making me raise my bet and losing it all soon after.I always after such happening get enraged and think that I will quit gambling definitely while the maximum I have stayed away is just a couple of days or a couple of weeks in my best tries, this does not work for the longer term when you quit for the time being.

Trying to recoup loses is the mother of all evil in gambling which leads inevitably in most cases to gambling addiction,it should be avoided at all cost.
That's not a solution that he provided but rather a way to cope up or get over with the loss during his gambling session. If you want a solution or a permanent solution to avoid losing money on gambling is to stop it. You might enrage with you loses however quitting for a while and doing other things to get your mind of it will relieve your rage or regret on your gambling activity.

Continuing gambling while you're at loss or even ahead will likely end up bad for you as you will likely loss all of it on the long run.
I agree, if you are personally feeling like there is something wrong and you should stop, or feeling like you are too much angry at something that you are losing money to that you don't have to, then it's a problem and you should stop. I gamble because I have fun, I do not feel like I am losing money, I feel like I am having fun and in return paying money to the place that allowed me to have so much fun.

But, if you do not feel that way, if you are feeling angry and enraged, then why would you want to pay a place to make you feel angry? That just doesn't make any sense at all. If you are having hard time quitting, get professional help as well.

What's your favorite thing to do when you get a bad loss?

The first thing I try to do after a loss is to distract my thoughts away from it. To do this I try to find a way to  channel your energies. Honestly, it is not easy but then in the long run it produces some sort of relief for me. The dangers of not trying to distract my thoughts and focus on something else is that, if I focus on the loss, I will automatically gravitate towards it. And I end up never forgetting it. In addition to the above, I do not shift the blame anywhere else, as this will creates excuses. I ensure to take responsibility for the loss and use it as my drive. During this period, I listen to my favorite songs, go for a swim, and catch up with old buddies via phone calls.

there's no better method than diverting our minds to other activities that help lighten the load after a bad loss.
like you said, it's not easy for us. because after all, psychologically we are more motivated to make deposits back and recover losses. however, what if luck is not on our side, only another loss that we will get if we follow the ego to make a deposit again.

the only thing we can do in that bad phase, is to distract ourselves. seems complicated, but with full understanding and awareness. diversion of the mind to other activities, is a medicine for us to avoid even greater losses. and we can start, when the situation is back to normal.
