I mainly keep track of news from Bitcointalk, Slack, Telegram and Twitter. Sometimes, there are fake or Pump & Dump news. I prefer Bitcointalk as members will expose and challenge the news.

I mostly get my news from bitcointalk and cointelegraph, alerts and updates from the Bitcoin Checker app on my phone and I regularly check coinmarketcap.com for tends. I don't get much from twitter as I haven't yet setup a dedicated twitter account for cryptocurrencies and I don't want to wade through pictures of my friends food/children to get updates. Google also prompts me with interesting articles from other websites every now and then as a nice payoff for giving them all my data.

I'm mostly interested in cryptocurrencies and real estate: it took some times but I created a good Twitter list. I think it's the best source; apparently, influencers and experts tend to use twitter chats and/or to post on very small blogs (like this, for example, https://thecryptocurrencyinvestor.com)

I also use this site, of course.

Bitcointalk.org forum is my major source of news about bitcoin and crypto currency in general. My other source of news includes Bravenewcoin.com, coindesk.com, Reddit.com and bitcoinmagazine.com.

You can easily get every fundamental analysis information you need from https://reddit.com sub handle like /bitcoin or /altcoins. I do get my own information also from this site and most of the news here  affect the price of cryptocurrency. You can also get information for fundamental issue from  this forum especially press section on this forum.

To get news about crypto world you can: follow twitter accounts about cryptocurrencies, join special telegram channels (there a lot of types, even about most coins specifically) or watch some youtube channels. Also you can find interesting blogs on steemit with daily and week news and prognosis. Or you can watch them on specific sites like CoinDesk and so on.

Mostly on this forum and on facebook groups. It is easier for me to read news on my group in facebook because someone is posting all relevant news coming from different reliable sources. That is enough for me, but if you really want to be a serious trader then you should subscribe to more reliable sources.

Just like you, I got news about bitcoin / altcoins from this forum. And I took some information from the search engine.

The first place my daily priorities are this forum. We can see various developments around bitcoin, all concentrated here. Besides that many dev altcoin are opening their main thread in this forum. It's all because this forum has a very large number of users.

I think you are already in the best place for information  about upcoming news for BTC and altcoins . also reddit is very good place for information . the best thing is to get the altcoin you want to follow from here then follow his twitter/slack  account for up to date information .

If you is a trader I think you should follow the news from social altcoin or BTC, example: Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Bitcointalk, some Telegram Group Trade ... or can check the news on CoinDesk, Cointelegraph ...  But some news is not good for trading, because when the news has been uploaded and share on CoinDesk or Cointelegraph, this news has spread across social networking sites. I usually read the news on social offical before I want trading an altcoin. This can help me very more Wink

Social Media really helps ,just follow bitcoin users and ICOs in twitter then we can get informed, also here in Bitcointalk too there are lots of thread, and some info too in slack will be much appreciated.

You can search for bitcoin news on the internet easily. But you forget that you are in this forum, this is the best place for me. A place that gives us all the info about bitcoin development every day.  Smiley

Hmm, I think you are one of those people who can not distinguish the right place to look for more detail. Now you are in a forum that discusses specific types only digital currencies like Bitcoin. Most of the information you can get in this forum, and the other thing is if you can understand this forum then the advantage you can get. Be someone who knows and understands when in a new scope, so you do not have a bad aura in the eyes of all the people that are in the scope of

Apart from browsing this forum to learn what is the hot topic of the day I visit main cryptocurrency news sites:

and more, you need to remember to read more version of the same story on different services.
News posted on one site only can be manipulated; and always stay wary, some news might be simply bullshit.

Bitcoin- in bullish time
List the most useful and reliable sources guys  Roll Eyes
The most reliable and up to date sites for fundamental economic news for me is http://www.reddit.com/r/bitcoin and http://www.coindesk.com. For technical analysis information I do get it from poloniex's news feed. I also do used coinmarketcap for current prevailing price, market capitalization and volume. Before this four sites I make my inform decision in trading.
Coinmarketcap is a huge help for me also, sometimes i don't do technical analysis or reading some charts because i'm too lazy to do that and i just use coinmarketcap to see the top coins and their price history since they are released and if a coin is too far from its original price then i buy them and hold it for long term.
