I actually like helping them and frequently answer questions in the beginner area and suggest ways for them to help understand how cyrpto "works".  I do get fed up with I and other Hero or Senior members get yelled at and told we're lying or trying to keep mining out of the hands of new people.  That's when I refer them to buying a new Monarch  Grin

I like it when they get it. I help when they don't. I dislike it when they think Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme. I can't stand it when they are rude, demanding, or entitled. I hate it when they think Bitcoin requires no work.

This is a very well thought out and well put response to the OP.   I think it is exactly fitting...

this is an awesome reply really...

I don't feel anything, I just click the "Report to moderator" button whenever someone without an avatar posts. I used to only report the gypsy with the anal porn star avatar, but she went away and I'm terribly bitter over it.
I used to do that but my mouse clicking finger got tired.

Anyway I think this is a good time to bring up the idea that we need another level.  I suggest "super hero" and it would kick in at about, wait, let me check, OK, at an activity of 1000 or more.

Do you agree Kluge?

Hero members of this forum who own a lot of btc!

How do you actually feel when you read all these post by newbies to full members?

I need more Bitcoin  Grin
Although I'm not really an old hero member better ask a 700 activity one or over, that said it is good to see more users adopting Bitcoin and mainstream media actually learning about it and explaining it ever more accurately.

Some of those early press hits were pretty off lol.

I feel they should stop asking for loans without interacting with the community for a while first.   Wink

Time is on our side, yes it is!
I have to say I like how the BTC whales for the most part play their position low key.  That is Gangta haha.  Half the time I'm amazed by how people were able to make so much from BTC to this very day.  Something about seeing regular people do well in a free market makes me giddy.   Grin

I judge by content alone.  That won't change when I hit Hero.

Well seeing as I'm just noticing that I'm a hero member, I guess I feel the same.
Normally newbie posts are just spam, or questions asked every single day for the past 1000 days.

1. Not all Heros are rich.

I personally don't care if you're newbie, if I can't understand what you're saying and it makes no sense, I'm calling it out.

Honestly, I don't have a problem with Newbies which use their brain, common sense and problem solving skills. Those who don't have a clue and expect everyone to bow down to them really annoy me.

Guess you'd be reporting my posts over and over then Cheesy.

Some newbies are just as knowledgeable and wealthy as some hero members. Some hero members have not had any real wealth because most sold their coins way before they become this value.
Some just didn't have that many to start with, however many do earn some knowledge along the way. Undecided

It really depends: newbies are a mixed bunch. Sometimes I see new users who genuinely try to learn and ask for such info politely. Some even spend some time reading, researching before asking questions and I respect these kind of people. I've seen newbies who know even more about Bitcoins then your regular seasoned member (be it a Hero or a Senior member).

However, nowadays, as Bitcoin is getting more and more exposure and consequently - popularity (which is a positive thing nonetheless Smiley) I see much more new members coming in, who feel as if they are the centre of the world and always try to make sure everybody knows it Roll Eyes. Then there's those who have absolutely no idea of how Bitcoin works, yet they criticize it when they lose their wallet, bitcoins, etc. The least desirable bunch is the ones I constantly need to moderate, warn and nuke. When I became a patroller (site-wide moderator of Newbies) I never thought I'd encounter so many of these kind of members.

I guess exposure and popularity brings in a mixed crowd.  Grin
