It is not that easy to find a scam gambling site as you mentioned. Most sites who want to scam are most intelligent and will pay you out on the small winnings. They will only keep the big winnings and will not pay you when you win big. I think you can search for the thread of them in this site and see the people reviews about it before actually investing the site.

Maybe the better way to find out is telling all the negatives of a potential scam site. Like, for example, scam sites do not state who the operator is and they do not implement any form of verification on their site for players to verify their bets (this is for casinos and dice sites). There are many signs, it's just hard to put them all together.

If we are to be frank, I generally think that all gambling is a kind of fraud on the part of their creators and leadership. I think that players do not win as much as pro play their entire fortune.

Not all are fraud, until they are not paying anymore. Obviously users/players are not winning all the time and it has to be, because creators had to earn money to continue it.
About how to track if the site is scam or not, you just have research about the sites status and also about the owner. If the owner has some negative past, its better to avoid. Also as mentioned all over the internet, believing something which is too good to be true is highly perilous.

then we are here discussing about how to prevent it before happened , you wouldn't want to lost your money before even get started right? make sure the site owner are well known widely by a lot of people for example and also if you have some experiences how the legitimate casino should work properly and smoothly you might would know if then there's something shady , something not right and just report it immediately here or anywhere that you think would have some good response.

We can say that their giving a nice like what happend in 999dice.com that have 0.1% only House Edge (HE) so that a clue that you will based and about in that casino't having only 0.1% HE. So definitely we need to be aware on where we would play gambling much better in trusted enough

I saw the reviews from the people who played gambling on there, usually i get the information from bitcointalk.
It is best source of information about the gambling website,
also i never try play gambling on new website, it is dangerouse to getting scam, so alway use the old service
of gambling website and many good reviews from the people.

Well sometimes the promotions are deceiving though you can see some decent proofs but it's not enough. Just like the saying that experience is the best teacher, so if that casino has a history of scamming people then those people will come out and will tell us that they are not legit. So others advice with this matter is also important.

Testing out first would always be a good way on finding out if the site is scam or not but mostly this method wouldnt work always because some scam gambling sites do pay on the earlier days of it and later on when they do accumulate enough bitcoins then they do decide to scam people.I go always for having a good feedback and a good reputation before i do make some deposits on the site.I rarely play on newly built sites depending on my interest.

I don't think that it is a problem in this time, when we already have a lot of online gambling sites, and we have knowledge and information about all bitcoin or fiat online gambling sites. Even i feel confuse when i decided to play online gambling sites. Because, every gambling site are superb and they have a lot interesting games, and people fully trust them also i am. But i always prefer only these sites which have signature compaigns in Bitcointalk.

Promotion is the best way for a scammer to bag easy many if you are not aware, Scammers are smart and they know what consumers think that's why their promotion are usually seems to be legit. So if you are just focusing on promotion on doing a legit check, Then you are prone from being scam.

I think we can judge it already by the gambling appearance even with less experience in gambling we can know already if the gambling is scam or night through of greedy niche where high affiliate program bonuses that can't be withdrawn also free rolls maybe they are creating it just to tirgger people and after they do deposit they will like scam them after 1 or 2 days.

That’s pretty easy to state when you know what to do in order to see if the Casino is scamming the people that play there.
I feel that the most important thing that someone could do when looking to see if the Casino is a scam is reading the reviews on it online and offline –seriously, just asking around will allow you to hold onto more money if you know where to look and ask.
There really much else other than that.
