The easiest thing when I'm going to sell is to make a profit, currently most pairs are stable coins so it's easier to monitor profit or loss, if I feel I've made a profit then I immediately sell because I'm worried the market will be red like today.
It's obvious because the effort you are making is also a very good step in order to be able to save existing assets while getting a profit even though it will not be so big, but the name of the profit will always be valuable for everyone under any circumstances.
It all depends on how much you want to sell and the trading style you do, obviously for me the best trading style is long-term or medium-term, because it is easier to study the market and gives more time to react, while in the long term you have to follow your intuition a lot and that means being glued to the pc all the time.
It is always good to sell in the distribution stage, because that is when the rich sell, and for this many things must be taken into account, such as knowing when the trend is, and how to discover it, in my case I use Wyckoff's theory and I use much everything related to it, this makes me have a broad view of the market.
