0.01 BTC amount is a quite good amount as an indicator to stop. But still that shows that we are just going to stop as long as we are going to lose.

This is what I'm always experiencing, I'm stopping when I don't have anything anymore and I almost lose a lot for that day

0.01 btc is less than 10 bucks, if you couldnt afford 10 bucks then you shouldnt be gambling at all. 10 bucks daily is actually just a fine amount, if you actually spending 10 bucks a day at a gambling site without winning everyhing as well then you should just stop immediately as there are no points to it
0.01 Bitcoin is equal to 460 pesos if you convert it to my currency, in that amount you can buy many stuff or foods in my country, I've lost so much Bitcoin last year in some gambling site and I regret it since that money I've lose is over 100k in my country, so I've learn a lesson that once you've lost so much then it's time to stop in gambling.
Wow 100k php lose is too much and you should really stop gambling to prevent more lose in the long run. You will surely destroy your life if the situation would still continue.Thats a good thing that you already realize before the things comes worst.

If you did lost so much bitcoin for sure that already taught you a lesson that you should make yourself some limitations upon gambling. Because if you are going to keep on gambling I'm thinking that you can even lose a lot of it and even probably you can sell out your properties when you don't have anything left just to keep your gambling activity and satisfy yourself.

Play with limited balance like 0.01 BTC. Stop when I lost it all. But, when I doubled my initial balance, I will send the profit to my other account or withdraw it to my wallet. I do it repeatedly until the balance becomes zero. That's how I play and how I stop. The initial balance will be vary, it depends on my finance at the time when I started a gambling session.

This is what I'm always experiencing, I'm stopping when I don't have anything anymore and I almost lose a lot for that day.

And even I will set up a limit still, I will just do the same again tomorrow and if I'll be lucky enough to win some money then that's an indicator to keep on going.
That amount is not quite small enough but it's good to be safe all the time, if one cannot afford to lose that amount then I can say he must not try to gamble in any sense, he simply cannot afford to lose and mistakes always happens that we can increase our bet due to the fact that we always want to be in the position that we are getting profit every time we stop.

quite simply, these tips might be good for all people who are difficult to control self.

I usually play with money that can afford to lost or carry a limited amount of bankroll. don't forget also to specify the target.
If I have reached the target I will stop playing and continue the next day Wink

This is probably the most common tips that you could see around here. There are alot of people that just dont know to stop, saying is easier than doing it directly. Most people keep saying the same thing over and over however I dont really think that most of them actually do the stuff that they have suggested
The advice is repeated several times because people keep asking and because it is the truth it seems some people will like some kind of magical potion that will erase away all of their problems with gambling and that is not going to happen, if you want to stop then just stop it already and do something else.

I agree, if you really want to stop you won't need neccessarily for some advice from anyone. If you are determined to stop it you will just stop by yourself. If you can manage to quit for some time because of people's advice you would still go back because it is still your desire to gamble.
Even how intelligent we are, we need good advise from people. I don't think it would be easy for us to quit when addiction are our main problem already, it's not the same anymore that we can gamble normally and we can quit anytime we want. Therefore, we have to be very careful on how we gamble, we must stay responsible now matter what and let's now allow addiction to take place.

Agree as most countries now count Problem Gamble as Sickness.
It is not easy to stop if you are a Problem Gambler.
Problem Gamblers won't stop even the lost will effect their living cost, they will think they can win back what they lost and just keep betting.
However, the fact is they lose much more and just looping. Getting a huge LOST at the end.

I do believe that it is effective, and that it is really a good way to stop yoru self in betting, but it is like you are not earning anything from your gambling activity, and it looks like you are just there to bet and lose or if not, it looks like you haven't done anything with your money and just waste the time. But I have to admit it, I did that before, when I win, I transfer my profit and restart again.  Cheesy

I always set a goal like if I deposit 0.2 I tell my self if I reached 0.35 need to stop and withdrawal, and if I see that I'm losing only and have no chance of winning then I never go back to that casino.
I think it would be much better if you stopped like when you lose .1 btc or something, it's good that you're gambling in a controlled manner. i stop when i lose all my bankroll.(i deposit somewhere between 0.02-0.05 btc heh)

it is a good idea to stop in any amount, but for me, i think i will reduce the amount as i don't use bigger than 0.1 btc. although the number is up to you and you need to obey yourself so you will know when to stop in gambling.

When do you stop? Do you have a daily limit or something?

Well if I'm going to ask my opinion, as much as possible we should not try ever  to get involve ourselves in gambling. Because in the first place it won't help us instead it will just swallow our investment in there, were our we will lose more money.

Many of the gamblers prefer to do this type of strategy when they are going to gamble even me. But this isn't working for all the times because if we are going to aim an amount before we are going to stop. Probably we are just going to lose a lot of time and money before reaching that. It is going to be better if you are going to win some and stop so don't aim too much.

When do you stop? Do you have a daily limit or something?

It is really must have a limitation in gambling, for us to control our money, whether win or loose stop the game, then wait for the next game again. So that we can monitor the input and output of our investment.

What kind of limit do you offer because when you lose, it makes sense to re-win and at least compensate for the loss.

Whatever the bankroll you have at the time and are comfortable in gambling and losing with. me if I have 1btc spare, and I felt like gambling, I would maybe limit myself to 0.1btc. But only if it isn't needed in life. If you gamble with needed money you need help.
that's true you should use spare money and never take the risk of using money that you can't afford to lose its bad because in gambling the percentage of losing is too high and only luck can help you to win and earn some money, its better to limit yourself and keep practicing not to over rule that limitation.

There is no practicing in gambling mate, there is wasting time, winning occasionally and losing a lot. No practice makes perfect in gambling. Unless of course you're playing poker.
