I view this thing as a normal thing, they are in business so it's just right to find ways to gain exposure.
Just like normal casino in the forum, they pay people to wear their signature because they want to spread the information about their business in the forum and they are paying expecting they will get clients for that, that's marketing and that's just one way, since there are a lot of marketing strategy they are employing just to get gamblers to play on their site.
Its one of the main factors that should be considered out if you do have business which is on marketing. It must have the exposure it needs
for it to gain people or users into the site or place. Its totally different or you can compare on which does have a promotions, stuff etc. to those who
havent. Its business and they need to generate income and its normal for them to risk on putting budget with those. My view? I agree on one point
above that as long the site is provably fair, i dont see these things to be on the way.
Provably fair is very important if you are running a game like dice, that's the basic requirement, otherwise people would gamble on a site that is just created to cheat gamblers. Although some of the site are not license but people are looking more on the reputation and they are willing to risk money when they site's reputation is good, and by the way, in sports betting there's no provably fair, what we like to see is a competitive odds.
