When choosing a bounty company you want to join, the first thing I do is pay attention to the project manager. Of course the first thing you must check is that check the background and partner of the campaign, then search about their team if is true or not fake people, then if is under by IEO program, its an advantage also having the manager of green trust is an advantage too.
i only joined bounty who have right bounty managers like the famous one, Wapinter

one of the good considerations is indeed from the bounty manager, but not all projects undertaken by the bounty manager will be successful. some failed too.

First I will check the team from the project, and secondly I will check the website and see the funds collected. this is quite difficult because many projects manipulate the collected funds.
It is something to give some trust with the team and hope to have luck cause apparently we can't judge a certain project at the very beginning as almost all of them looks so interesting, and somehow we just get surprise that it turns into a big scam. It is not only bounty hunters suffer such wrong participation but also some reputable BM have it.
The perfect project I suppose is a real project. So the project will give success to bounty hunters and investors. We have to see that Bounty campaigns have a very active team. To see the active team, we can examine through social media activities such as Telegram. In addition, these teams and developers have to be real.

I thought that nobody cares about bounty partictipants because we can work for free as many projects think. 
We are good for promotions and getting more attentions, but when we want to get paid, we are banned and forbidden to speak.

i think there is no so called perfect bounty, all of them has flaws.. we can see that the bounty is perfect when the project comes to success..
First of all, I analyze the project team because I think that this is the most important thing in a new project. if the team has experience and their personality are confirmed then I can start participating in the campaign. but there are also many other parameters. Agree, the most important to know are those people behind the platform.. Need to check their personal background if they are real or just copying other's personality.. Next is the platform itself.. If the project are realistic or just an imagination that can't happen in the future....then the White paper and roadmap.. If they follow what they put on the sheet of paper that shows their transparency... A lot of things we need to know first in joining bounties.. So it will not a waste of time and efforts on our side... 
I myself, if I want to participate in prizes, always see what they are doing, for example in updating and providing information on Twitter, seeing teams meet partnerships, and especially if they do IEOs on large exchanges, that is my opinion.

Naturally as an individual, I do not appreciate or participate in any bounty programs that has to do with referrals
It ends up not making sense, not paying, or distributing slashed rewards.
All doesn’t make absolute sense in any manner.
Truth be told, find a worthy bounty manager and a reliable project to promot
The most important thing in the bounty is that the developers do everything they say and promise, otherwise this bounty campaign is one of those that will hold you by the nose, without paying tokens, cut down the pool, or pay when it is profitable for them.

because I prefer payment using the project token so I think the bounty reward should be escrowed to the trusted one and if the project uses Kyc so the participants who don't do the Kyc their reward will be given to participants who do the Kyc and I think it's better than saving it to lockable token
