Often times I keep wondering how signature campaigns sponsors get their funds considering the huge amount of money they pay campaign members of their various Signatures and Avatars because some of the Signature Sponsors Refills their Escrow Funds on a weekly or monthly basis.

I want to know how advertising their Avatars and Signatures provides funds for the sponsors or is it that they just actually want their Signatures or their Avatars to be advertised to the public?
This question has once being discussed in this forum and many people gave their suggestions concerning how they managed to get funds for payment of their  participants, so I believe that they some of the money they get is through trafficking and some of the reasons that contribute mostly for the trafficking should be as the results of penetration to the site through clinking the signature code of the campaign, secondly in signatures of bitcointalk it make of us to know some of the brand that we have not come across with, so therefore they have different ways of getting funds to pay their participants.

A signature campaign is a form of advertising and bitcointalk is the biggest crypto forum, so advertising a crypto-related service is going to make their brand to people who are related to crypto and probably they might use their service which will bring profit so they allocate back a small portion from their profits to the advertisement and how it works.

Most of the signature campaigns have a product/site to advertise. When a campaign is launched, the product/site is advertised all over the forum.
People start noticing it and then use it. So a little portion of income directly comes from the forum users.
People also start making referrals and eventually the product/site gets utilized more.
As long as they product/site owners are satisfied with the results they keep running the campaign.
Signature is a form of ads just look we go to different sites and see ads and page that link us to other sites letting us to know about the projects and companies with their products. It is like the ads that is run by Google, Facebook, Twitter which is known as X etc. These ads is like the ones we see here and we can easily click on them if we want to make enquiries about the project or company.
Many of the companies had enough money because that would also have traffics to their websites from here to because of the large amount of people coming here on a daily basis.

You advertise them on this forum and they will pay you. You know there are many users on this forum, they will know a site through the signature campaign and once the site sponsoring it see more people and more profit after the campaign begin, they continue to sponsor the campaign. But not all end well as the profit may be low than expected, that is why you will see some campaigns later ended, but that is not the only reasons a campaign can end.

and another reason they carry out campaigns on this forum is to build a reputation. we see that bitcointalk is the largest bitcoin forum in the world which has tens of thousands of active users to date. for platforms related to cryptocurrency, whether it is a crypto casino, wallet, mixer, etc., building a reputation on this forum is important, because their potential to be known by many members is very large and this will grow their brand awareness among crypto users. and that's why they are willing to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars every week just to build their brand reputation and attract traffic from this forum.

Though the number of accounts on the forum does add-up to over 3M (most are brand new, mind), the number of those that are active (1) to some degree is currently 52.572. Of course, we do need to add people that browse the forum without creating an account, which is seemingly an important amount as inferable from going over the data on this post (looking over the proportions shown between IP and non-IP related data, though we’d need to subtract crawlers and so forth).

Of course, we would also need to distinguish between those campaigns that pay in bitcoin, and that therefore are paying in something that’s tangible and worth value, and those that pay in a token of some kind (effective or to-be), which are generally are created with no real tangible cost, making the campaign basically free in terms of cost for the latter.

Note:
(1) Active being defines as "has logged in within the last three months", as per BPIP’s definition.

The funds are already budgeted funds which you get for creating awareness and publicity which increases there chance of authenticity.
Signature campaigns helps projects to create awareness about what they offer, but it does mean that every project that advertises here is legitimate, even scam projects can launch a signature campaign to get publicity and get as much customers as possible, so they can run away with many people's money. Thus advertisement does not mean that a project is legitimate, and it is important to DYOR about every project before using it.

The market is big, as of now, upong checking here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=mlist;sa=all.. The total members of this forum is over 3 million, that's the target audience an advertiser would like to get, getting at least 10% of that is already huge, it will already bring money to their businesses, so they are willing to experiment, pay for the signature campaigners to increase their exposure.

Signature campaign is a form of digital marketing and we participating on the campaign are actually advertising the campaign and is more like we are showing our support the campaign, I'm in support of Sherbet a social gambling casino. Its just advertising with Google, Amazon and others in the end, this is done to increase popularity and fame which brings more customers to them.
thou am new to the system, but in my  own point  of view how about we look  at a life senero in politics what the politicians does before election, huge amount of money are budgeted for there campaign with the hope of getting more money if the election ends in there favour and they believe that more publicity makes them stand a better chance of winning the election, now compare this to world of crypto. The funds are already budgeted funds which you get for creating awareness and publicity which increases there chance of authenticity.

Signature campaign allocation is not as nice as it was before than now, you and I know Bitcointalk is a large community in the crypto space and everything about Bitcoin started from here the owner (founder) of Bitcoin owns this forum with Theymos so with the campaign being brought up here investors will get to know how powerful the project is likely to be and so as the BM handling it, so this entice them to venture into the projects.

I was thinking as well, but seeing people's comment here I have understand where the campegn money comes from. It's just like an affiliate marketing or digital marketing where you advertise product online and create traffic on the site and hey paid for the work. Although signature campegn is better than affiliate marketing. because in affiliate you can only be paid on the people that use your link to buy goods from them, while signature pays you without people clicking on your affiliate link.
Exactly, you have understood it rightly.
That's how signature campaign works and that's why many companies seem to do it because it is effective for their brand. Sadly, the mixers won't be allowed to do any advertisement anymore due to what the admin decided to do. But affiliate marketing and signature campaign are different.
When you do affiliate marketing, you are forced to endorse a brand and make someone under your link, while in a signature campaign. You simply advertise.

I think what you need to know here is advertising and what a signature actually is. I wouldn’t want to say much about the avatar because, it’s self explanatory itself as they are just logos and a part & parcel of the advertisement.

Now signatures are codes that contains either or all of the following,
Link to the website, games offered by the website, running promotions, a projected project and lots more.

Now, you get to understand that as it is with advertising/campaigns, it’s broadly getting the word out to drag attention to a project or service. You might see the forum to be that nucleated but, it’s actually the largest crypto concerned forum in the globe and have got a whole lot of persons both anti and pro cryptos here, ready to patronize crypto involved projects and services.
Comes patronage comes fund generation and consequently, funding an escrow to run a signature campaign.

To answer your question, one should consider the power of advertisement.  Advertisement as we all know is bringing information about one's product to people.  Bitcointalk is a very popular cryptocurrency forum that discuss mainly about the king of the cryptocurrency.  People all around the world is reading informations that is written on the forum and these people are reading threads and replies.  With that, the company that is conducting a signature campaign is being exposed to these people, and these people are possible prospect to subscribe for their service, and once these people subscribe to the service, the company get a profit.

Imagine getting thousands to hundreds of thousands of people subscribing to the company service because of the sig camp, spending thousands of dollars per week is a little expense if the company established a huge number of clients.

This community has many bitcoin and crypto users, if it is a company that a service relating to bitcoins and wish to let the right people know about it. This forum helps like that a lot. Before they start the campaigns,  some already have the money budgeted for it for like a year under marketing which they may have projects planned to increase their popularity and signature campaigns may be one of them. I have told people about gambling with cryptocurrency, and I only knew that was possible from this forum. This is what some signature campaign sponsors want.

This is related to the importance of advertising as a promotional medium. In fact, sometimes it doesn't make sense to us why companies are even willing to spend huge amounts of money on advertising to promote their company, platform or product. Not only in this forum but also in the real world. However, that's how great the media is in promoting something.

Certain companies that carry out promotions through advertisements in signature and avatar campaigns on this forum definitely get bigger profits compared to their expenses in paying participants in their subscription campaigns. They benefit from the popularity of their platform, so that more and more memes here know about their site.

As we know, most platforms that carry out ednegan signature campaigns are usually considered to have a good and proven reputation, especially if the person managing it is a certain BM which incidentally already has a good reputation. Of course, this will provide benefits for them to promote their platform. And of course this will make traffic to their platform even better. Just imagine if what percentage of members on this forum saw the signatures and avatars worn by the members here and were ultimately interested in going to the platform, then this would provide more benefits to the platform.

In essence, the signature campaign program as advertising and promotional media is worth it for the company, so that they continue to be willing to spend money to pay the participants here. As long as it is still worth it for them, it will definitely continue to be here, unless there are certain things that make it stop.

Conducting a signature campaign is a way through which any interesting organizations make a decision on advertising their products and services to the world through a signature campaign, in doing this, they made promotional of their brand and spend money to get these done, but also have the advantage or benefits of making more money through such means when there's massive turnout from the advertisement they made.

Obviously, this is due to the fact that the forum participants represent the target audience associated with cryptocurrency and, accordingly, the chance that someone will click on an advertising link and use the service here is much higher than on another forum.

thanks for this thread, I have also been wondering how they make there money to paying all this wearing their signature but I guess after the explanation I have seen so far, I now understand how the whole thing work.

So if I'm not wrong, it's basically like you are wearing a customized shirt that bears the logo and name of a particular brand and you are making appearances at different place and when people see you, they see the name of the brand you are putting on and would want to check them out. And the more you make your appearance, the more visible you become and the more visible the brand you are putting on becomes also. If you have lots of merit which goes to show how relevant you are in the society, people will easily want to check what you wear out because people normally believe in individual that are of high reputation in the society and I guess this is tye reason why they pay forum members that have higher merits and most quality post more than those that are just coming up into the forum.
