If there’s really going to be any social media that will based on blockchain I think it would be one where people will be having the complete freedom to say whatever they want to say and not get banned for it, and it’s going to be a type of social media that will be hundred percent free from regulation.

We have had so many problems with some social platforms, especially with them selling users information to their advertisers, I don’t think social platforms that will be based on blockchain will be having this kind of problems. I believe that there are so many things that can be achieved with this blockchain technology, it is just with time and people will start coming with new and better ideas that will fulfill the needs of the people around the world.

Who knows? there's no right person who can tell the future, only time will tell. Technology becomes so useful in everyday life so for sure in the future we could see a great and successful blockchain application for the crypto community. One thing that they should make sure of is to make that application is safe and secured as we are talking about assets here. This should also be user-friendly or an application that can easily be learned by its user.
To make this aligned with entertainment then it should be a form of games but I don't think that it would be possible, a serious thing like this should not be combined with any entertainment.

Its going to be unexpected which usually what happens. What we saw in early 2000 was that its robotics and then suddenly its this blockchain that will be talked about all over the world and now its about blockchain that is being developed in every corner of earth. back in 2017, users thought the DEX is the future but until now it isn't happening. The most successful project will have alot to do with finance and the sooner this is worked on the better for the technology. We need service that can utilized the blockchain network to offer unmatchable service that no centralized platform can achieve, something similar to the DeFi technology but more advance.

DeFi would had been that technology but its main aim is been forgotten and now all development are revolves around enriching the project instead of offering the decentralized service they promise. Probably with great focus and determination, they (DeFi projects) could get back on track because offering decentralized loan, lending and farming is quite something unique that could go a long way in attracting more individuals to the industry.

There are more than 100+ applications that would go off in the future but I do think that for me the most important would be :
The usage of blockchain in the governmental sector.
Which would mean that :
All the transactions would become transparent , they would not be able to hide it from the public, ofc they are the ones who ask to do KYC right ? They would also have to do it and therefore the corruption might dissolve slowly and finally we might have a Corruption free society for real and that would be one step closer towards a better future for everyone. I do believe that corruption in the root of all evil in the governmental society and therefore the public would be at peace with each other and we can finally see some improvement. At the same time this would also work amazingly well in the data preservation section in hospitals, libraries literally everywhere since this data can be store for centuries without any problems. Only problem would be integrating the quantum computing in blockchain technology somehow. I do believe if we cannot fight it then we should rather integrate it with our own technology.

I really really wish what you think to become true but I guess it won't. Not every Government likes crypto to be honest.
Corruption is something which has it roots flexed till the deepest point in most countries. The higher officials are the ones taking most of the corruption.
They would never allow something which would disrupt their income source or would possible find a way to gain something out of it.

In my perspective Real Estate will be the one which should benefit a lot from public Blockchain. Many people do Real Estate fraud in my country.
"IF" the Governments declares it mandatory to incorporate the Blockchain technology into Real Estate so that every owner has to upload his details into the Blockchain then it would be very easy for anybody to just verify the legality of the property. Things would be very much transparent and it would be very difficult for fraudsters to scam others.

My own idea (Since im quite fond of games) is a market/system where cryptos could be used to directly form a market to the in-game currency a game has. Ofc, this would lead to a lot of rules with regards to content and reward management of the game so that it wouldn't unbalance everything, and that everyone can basically say that "Hmm, yep that's pretty equal". This isn't only a one-way type of thing though, it goes both ways. A limited type of currency earned through others (or players being mods that give it out via some form of transactions) with ofc limited quantities. If a coin was just sitting on an inventory of a player for a year, the game could notify it'd be re-distributed or something like that.

There's lack of intervention with the users and they can't find success due to poor marketing and probably features of their apps. But once people finds out that they can benefit from such app.

It is very difficult to predict the future and in general of cryptocurrencies and their use. But I think blockchain technology can be used in absolutely any field and it will be much better than the current slow, expensive and inefficient systems we know.

Blockchain is just a form of a database. You don't necessarily need to introduce a wallet/private key as far as I understand it, especially if you use a "private blockchain network". There is no doubt that crypto and blockchain will be more popular in the future, and who knows, we might get a new form of a private key that is easy to remember but secure enough, like a username/password combination where most people is familiar with today.

Honestly, predicting and imagining the future is the least we could do to speed up the adoption.

1. Government are using it
2. Big companies and mid tier are replacing their legacy system with blockchain
3. Banking system is using it as well, to make their job very easy

I think most blockchain technologies will simply get absorbed as alternate solutions for industry in cases where fake data and fake feedback is an issue. Ranging from metering to fake news, all of this will come to be based on some sort of private blockchain networks. The push will need to either come from the industry or from disruptive products that get a great following. The second one seems unlikely as majority of the people are as unaware about the benefits of blockchain as they are about the importance of encryption of their browsing data or security of the websites they visit.

It'll mostly be demand driven. Once people start valuing blockchain implementations; the existing industry may as well try to incorporate these.
