Its hard to pick a winner in the pot themed coin battle.  I bought a small stake in all of them to diversify a bit.  One of them will take off.

Agreed, there is no leader in this competition. Diversification is key to get an early position on the upcoming leader. But they tend to move quite a lot, so study the graphs and let it come to you Smiley

The problem with coin based marijuana payment systems is that only a small number of active cannabis purchasers are going to have the technical skills to use it.  The reason coins can actually be used in online marketplaces is because they are online and thus their niche nature is mitigated by the worldwide exposure.

Though I can totally understand the need because most cannabis stores cannot take card or check, thus leaving many users paying a large ATM fee out in the lobby to get cash.

Apparently many ways people take advantage by using the blockchain system, even marijuana applied with this system. Is not marijuana an illegal product category? As reported in the news site koin.com
https://www.google.co.id/amp/koin.com/2017/12/28/deputies-illegal-weed-dispensary-had-rewards-program/amp/
But i found the article about top 5 marijuana cryptocurrencies https://www.investopedia.com/news/top-marijuana-cryptocurrencies/

not as good as I would like. Unfortunately, there is still very little trust in this market, a huge amount of legislative restrictions (even in those countries where this is generally allowed). on the other hand, the market has huge growth potential and as the legislative standards are simplified, the market will grow.

I didnt know about marijuana, but if marijuana coin so interest haha. I just see if marijuana get legalize, it will be big coin. Its a lot of profit haha
Marijuana getting legalized won't do much for the price of the coins, most people would rather spend the money on marijuana instead.

A coin I spent most of 2017 researching and following is hempcoin. It is base on value of marijuana cultivation. It has since it token sale skyrocketed than any coins based on farming and plantation.

So tell my why would people use a potcoin to pay for their Marijuana instead of bitcoin/litecoin other altcoins?
I just don't see the benefit for Marijuana coins, and don't get me wrong i'm a big fan of weed. Thank god it's legal over here.
But there is absolute zero real world usage with potcoins and they seem to be mostly bought by newbies who have no idea what they are doing.

May I ask, if your TA at POTCOIN or other weed coins is on a good buy. would you still buy POTCOIN even if it is ABSOLUTE ZERO REAL WORLD USAGE of this coin?

The Hempcoin is unlike many other cryptocurrencies who scheme others into mining and then dumping for minimal profit. We are here to make a currency that is considered the main currency within the hemp community.
It really makes sense to me that these specific usage coins will hang around for the long term especially as more people get into cryptos and more cannabis shops throughout the country start adopting their use for payments

That coin is chilling as long as it can because there is a lot of competition in the Marijuana game. THC should have a nice price around April.

BTC is dropping, Let them bleed then lets fly after this dumping.

There is a lot of unused potential on coins like Dopecoin with 1000 Sats or Hempcoin with 3200. Because of the actual BTC-Drop i think there will be good times for these coins. But always dyor.

I think the medicine-affected news and the low price can pump these coins.

I just bought additional coins on my THC on its dip yesterday, then now it's almost 50% profit. I had a hodl coin here too.
I'm gonna sell my 2nd batch of THC coins aroung 4ksats. hope it'll rise then fly.

Just hold on tight bro, trust your coin HODL HODL HODL! Smiley
never give up on THC haha
