It depends on how much I am wagering. If it is over $50, I like to quit at around double. If it is signicanly less than that, I quit at 3 or 4 x.

well, you should always expect to lose, it can always go either way, but i like your way of thinking and self control; i do the same if i find myself back where i started. no need to risk losses.

When I first started with a dice site, I think I started with 80,000 satoshi and made it up to 2,200,000 satoshi without thinking to withdraw anything. I ended up losing almost everything and then gambling with periodic withdrawals. That seemed to work much better, but in the end the odds are still against you, and I had my fun so I rarely gamble anymore.

You have to know when to walk away & 5 x your stake is a great position to do that rather than risking it & losing everything. I'd class myself as a moderate risk taking gambler. I'm not boring but I'm not 'all in or nothing'.

Isn't bankroll management more important than having a x? target multiplayer of your stake? Because if you don't manage your consecutive bets in the best possible way it could lead to a bust.

I rarely bet and rarely play at online casinos because I don't believe in those. So some time I play poker and that's all. If you are using a bot autobetting, you could keep it running when you sleep or leave your house. Just remember to set a limit on "number of bet" on PD or "stop if balance >" on Bitdice to prevent it to run longer than your expectation.

not going to hate on martingale here, but if impatience is an issue maybe you should try taking a nap or taking a walk, maybe go to the gym while the autobet stays rolling.
