It can help me achieve 30 Activity within 3 weeks time. Please give me a merit.
I just want to be part of the community. And for me to be part of the community, people need to see me. For people to recognise me, an avatar would really help. If I could have an avatar, I would have no need for more merit.
I want to motivate the community. My motivational threads got many many replys. I am proud of that, I want to keep the spirits up so that we can all grow in this experience.

I don't think merit is really important. For example fresh accounts don't have any merit, which don't mean that the account is posting bad content.
Maybe an ICO account should have one or two merit, but I don't think people care much about it.

For me, i need merits to be able to get a higher rank.
I think Merit is a requirement to get to higher ranks. So it is only important if you have a high rank. Other than that, if you just want to contribute to crypto community like me. No need to worry or care about merit. It is just a virtual point (xp)

Merit is really important specially if you want your rank to go higher because this thing is the one you need 10 for member 100 for full member and so on
merit only helped me in getting my higher degrees apart from that it did nothing much in my practical life

Just like fish needs water, that's how I need merit. I am just starting and I believe I get merits to rank to the next level.
Merit is important to me because I need it to rank to a higher level of membership in the bitcointalk. So it is really important for everyone.
Merit is like a precious thing in the forum now. As a newbie I have come to realise the true importance of the merit.
Merit is one of the way to move rank your account this is very helpful if you join in signature campaign.
