Bitcoin is ok this year, but in my opinion it can be better and i think it can do better. All we can do is to hold and if possible why no get more coins and hold until grow enough and only then sell a part of coins, not all. In 2019 i think bitcoin will reach more than 20,000$ and after maybe will be stable in range 15,000-22,000$ , but invest only money that afford to lose.

in this case whether the altcoin will follow the movement of Bitcoin or even bitcoin will lose,

We all know that bitcoin is the king of crypto and this will continue in the years to come. The popularity of crypto is increasing every year and more new projects will launch that will increase the money flowing in the cryptomarket. What happens this year has give us experience to survive in every downfall. It motivates me to learn more to gain more profits in the future. in this case whether the altcoin will follow the movement of Bitcoin or even bitcoin will lose,
people will still choose Bitcoin as a coin investment or choose altcoin as a short-term investment ..

It seems that the condition of bitcoin prices this year made a lot of traders lose because of the fall in the price of bitcoin and because bitcoin is a lot of bad news that makes traders panic making the price of bitcoin cheap as it is today, not necessarily in the future it can be expensive again.
Thats right, price which continues to weaken from the beginning of the year and too many fud are circulating, making the market still very sensitive and not yet strong enough to rise againI think we need a Foundation so that the price of bitcoin can go back up, and that foundation is made from trust in the market
it looks like bitcoin this year is really sad because this year the price of bitcoin fell, from the price of $ 20k to the price of $ 5k and the price was really terrible because it made many people lose. thus making this year a very sad year for bitcoin traders.
Based on my own observation, bitcoin will goes up this coming years, 2019 because the price of bitcoin now is not good, then I believe that after the price of bitcoin decrease it will increase again, because that the normal situation in the world.
For most people that did their research at least before hitting the space, will most definitely have known right from the onset that volatility is something that no one can actually change when it comes to this space. However, even with the volatility we still also have to see that the market has been growing steadily and there is a huge chance for even more growth in the long run as the case may be, and it is practically dependent on each individual now to be taking the opportunity bestowed on them which is how I see bitcoin this year. An opportunity! Take it or leave it!! 
It seems that the condition of bitcoin prices this year made a lot of traders lose because of the fall in the price of bitcoin and because bitcoin is a lot of bad news that makes traders panic making the price of bitcoin cheap as it is today, not necessarily in the future it can be expensive again.
Such phenomenon were making upset for investors but they must understand also how volatile it is before doing g some investment. They'll actually losing because they just do panic selling and they aren't give some patience as the market behave this way. The current price it looks like more satisfying as it is not so expensive and ain't that much fluctuations occurs with Bitcoin price.

The number of developing ico and airdrop will not make altcoins have a higher value than bitcoin, altcoins will always follow the price of bitcoin and it seems that all communities are free to choose their investment whether it's altcoins or bitcoin, because long and short term investments will depend investors themselves to get middle or high profits.
Bitcoin is very stagnant so far in the past couple of weeks now. It's really a rough road for bitcoin this year as its market price dropped to 5,000USD few times. If there is really a bull run for this year, then it may somehow recover from its loss.

While it is true the price of bitcoin is lower than what many expected we must always look at the bright side of every situation, these low prices offers you the opportunity of a lifetime, it is likely that when the new bull market happens we are going to reach a price so high that it will make seem the previous all time high to be very low and anyone that is observing the market and not buying will regret not buying bitcoin at the current prices.So do not let go of the opportunity the market is offering because even if I think the market is going to take a while to recover that does not mean that the current state of affairs is going to last for long and when the market finally recovers it will move incredibly quickly as it did in the past.
Bitcoin has come a long way from the time of it's debut back in 2009 and has a more stable value now as well. But as the crypto economy is still in it's early phases it still has room for growth. We can see first hand the growth that occurs every year. Because of the progress of each year we see more growth happening for the next. This is the reason why the people who truly understand the potential of the crypto market are still investing in it rather than giving up thinking that it has finished progressing.
It is difficult to predict the price of Bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies, bro. However, I suppose that BTC will be growing, and we will earn the money we want.
