Satoshi could come, but since no one is officially Satoshi, you can't attack him. There's also no fondation that represents him, so thta way can't work too.
Don't think there is a law that has penalty's for impersonating un real personality.

I am quite sure thar craig is not a real satoshi or even he may not have been in team of developers who created bitcoin. He is just trying to grab fame of satoshi creating hoax.I mean he claimed his satoshi several times but no one charge him, i dont know if theres a law punishing doings like that.
He have just claimed he is satoshi which i don't think comes under any illegal things to get punishment. However if he start to take loans, or threat other claiming what he wasn't than only it may become against law. I think he was involved since the early days. Not sure as far as developing any of it goes. I remember that on his website he included some code and this code had mistakes and it was just a simple batch file, so if he makes mistakes there, I dont see him being responsible for anything bitcoin related.

he is in the UK, setting up as many shady shell companies as he can.
each shell uses the collateral of the last shell to form new collateral in the next company
EG he faked a "trust" to get a business investment from australian government
he then set up a new business, and used the australian government funds as collateral to then get VC money in the second business
he then set up a new business, and used the VC money as collateral to then get more VC money in the third business
he then set up a new business, and used the third companies collateral to pay for legal team to make dubious patents.
he is now setting up atleast the 6th business to use potential patents to get VC money into the 6th business
he will claim that his business is legit by showing patent claims of the 5th business to legitimise the 6th business.. the only problem
once australian government screw him for the "trust" and first businesses, his ponzi scheme falls down like a house of cards.
its just a shame that the australian government haven't (as part of the commonwealth) got craig extradited back to Australia and locked up.

I think I have read in a thread here that he and some of his business partners filed patents regarding blockchain technology.
That usually takes several years. I think I have heared as well that he targeted mainly the EU and filed those patents in the UK.
Of course that was before the brexit.

He has actually pulled his reputation by the false claims. because people who knew him or would now know will actually know that he is lair and this could be hitting his image badly. That is the reason he is not a part of news anymore due to his bad stunt.
He is probably counting his fat bucks while licking some hot chicks on his private yacht in Bahama's. He made his life time advertisement and time to enjoy the profits. We all didn't have an idea who the fck Craig Wright is but now most of us are aware of his existence. Why do you care anyway? Do you want to make him richer?

this was a totally shady stunt that he pulled and there are too many speculations about the reasons why he did it but the one that i liked was about him wanting to fool the IRS of Australia because he owed millions to them.
Does australia dont have law for people that steal identity or fraudster to punish?
i'm sure he's broken a few laws, but what laws did he break with his attempted satoshi episode? you can't steal an identity of someone with no identity.

Who cares? In fact you are, but should you be? He is noone in world of bitcoin, noone, nada, null. Average poor scholar with some psychic problem of pretending be someone special/important.
He is probably left alone as nobody cares about him anymore. Together with all the people that screamed that craig was satoshi (where are they now?).
He will probably try to get some attention again in the future. It is in his roots to want to get the attention and there are people that want to believe someone is satoshi.

unless he actually caused some financial harm due to his claims then i doubt he actually done anything wrong. people can claim to be whoever they want as i said as long as they are not doing it to defraud others directly. thats my opinion

Im pretty sure the guy was already a millionaire, I mean he is not some random guy at all, he was obviously close to the Bitcoin development since the early days, as far a I know he has run some successful businesses but he has some big problems with the IRS (or whatever equivalent is there in Australia) so that may made him bankrupt but im sure he is hiding a lot of money somewhere offshore.
