I think this is strong news if we are talking about fundamental analysis. However, almost 2 months have passed and we can see that the ETH has stabilized at the psychological mark. There will be growth, I think.
Affordable prices ETH is stable that this coin is gradually accepted by the world and aims to bring them into circulation in the consumer market. But I believe that eth will soon recover by the end of 2018, so I still buy into the capital and hold them more time. 
ICO era is over, ETH is not only payment method and even not the most prioriteted one, so we can just hope for ETH team to make something great to turn the table.

Well as of now the value for eth or also known as ethereum is quite down at the moment along with the other competitors such as the bitcoin because, as you can see though the bitcoin has becoming or at the low price as of now , despite all these negative factors that affecting the price itself, still looking forward through the future days of the marketplace.
ETH today behaves in exactly the same way as BTC and it starts to seem to me that some influential people are trying to make BTC more stable, just like ETH and the market as a whole. Because these prices simply can not be.

Ethereum is obviously struggling still to make a comeback out of continuous downtrend this year. Maybe it would be needing more time to recover from the huge loss on its market value last year whereas it is at its peak. Ethereum is falling with a velocity increase beyond my imagination. In my opinion this time will not sell all the money in my wallet.
