many are fear what will happen during august 1 , but as of today it seems like nothing happen about the split we still cannot feel the effect if ever the split could happen.maybe in a couple of weeks or so but we are still optimistic that the dominance of the original btc would prevail despite of any attempt of splitting and forking.

I'm sure there will be a big pump going on after 1 August because there has been a small pump in the last few days and the average bitcoin price on the exchange site is approaching $ 3000.
This so exciting buyer are line up waiting for hard fork all coin are up just waiting for explosion

I'm feeling a bit happy to get over this August 1st drama so we can move towards a new leaf and the market can rise back.
Isn't it we have already past Aug 1? And as some have suggested, the price should dip, but look at the current price of bitcoin, it is almost touching $2900 and even some trading exchanges have price more than that. Bitcoin proves a lot of doubters here. Although I will be cautious and observe the following weeks to gauge what the real impact is. Can we sustain this price?

That's why you need to be cautious and not jump in because of this so called "free" coins to get. I thought the BCC blockchain has replay protection though? Or maybe I didn't get it correctly.
Well if your friends are going to sell you can't really stop them because they are afraid. Let them be, but I hope they won't regret their decision once the price of bitcoin skyrocketed after the split.

It doesnt concern me in the slightest since all of my bitcoins have already been converted to my country's currency though im kind of excited of what will happen on august 1, considering that it is my first time witnessing this so called "split". I want to know how big of an impact it is to bitcoin's price.
There will be very less impact on the price, an overwhelming support has already been given and thats why the price went back to its previous state. People are worried what if the BitcoinCash becomes the top coin which is highly impossible.
Oh great.How did you say that the price impact will go down? You know what, no one can tell what will happen to the price of bitcoin. Better to do is think of positive things and see price increases or decreases. Avoid thinking negatively because it harms other users.
For me, the price of bitcoin will increase and many bitcoiners will be happy.
I am just going to be glad it is over and something happened at last. It has been years of waiting for something.

I'm feeling very optimistic about it and can't wait for it to Come and go. I'v had enough of this drama. I wana resume my btc trading with peace of mind...OOPS, another saga is coming up on November!!!
If there there is the option of being neutral about the whole thing, that's what I would have chosen because I am just not moved by it and believes that what will be will be irrespective of my feelings whether being optimistic or otherwise does not change what will happen on August 1 as it has been sealed by those who make such decision and post August 1 is something I could have some feeling of optimism towards.
You have very realistic approach towards life. Indeed your feelings and emotions are not going to affect what August 1st is destined to but they can surely help you patiently wait for Segwit. Since you have good command over your emotions, that’s why ready to accept whatever is about to happen after 2 days but many people lack this. They need advice of staying calm and positive.

I am a bit cautious about the whole thing, i already thought that there was a split already, with Bitcoin Cash BCC in the system and because even some exchanges have already started to accept it. I am really worried to what might happen in August 1. And what we only have is ideas, no one really knows what will truly happen on this day. It is sad that what we can only do now is to wait for this day and to avoid performing any bitcoin transaction. I just hope that the segwit, which they refer as the upgrade, will really help in the market price of the coins to get higher and to happen in August 1.

I am feeling very eager to wait until August 1. Is everything as rumor. Besides, I still feel a bit nervous because I still have some BTC in my wallet, will it disappear or help me rich?
I use Bitcoin as a payment gateway for my services so I am actually pumped right now as it will be a great thing for the transactions and in return it will be useful for all the businesses where btc is used.
So there's no problem about tomorrow's upcoming day and at that moment all blocks will be refreshed (just cleanup)
I am worried about what will happen at the 1st of August. I do not know what to do with my bitcoin so my bitcoin is not lost. I have followed all the instructions given by this forum. I am anxious masi .. hopefully segwit no harm to bitcoin. And hopefully the price is stable.
Some exchange site has post about there worry in August 1 split and they just hold temporarily there deposit and withdrawal transactions starting on that date and this is on Tuesday then! I'm also little worried to on what happen then!
