Market isn't dead, if its dead then your portfolio won't only lose 75% but 100% and that's what dead means.
Can't say on how long you have to wait at this moment since most of the alts now are starting to give a green go signal.

Disagree if it is said this year is a bad year due to the fact that the beginning of the year is also the price peak. only in the middle of this year prices changed very dramatically up or down. all depends on the point of buy point of each trader. many also consider this an opportunity for short term trading with large profits. for sure market will always recover but no one know when it happend.

Same with me here my portfolio went down to like 80% down. I am also stucked in holding but I believe the market will recover soon. I am still holding all my coins . We don't really know what will happen to the crypto world but keep holding and wait before this year ends.

Currently the dollar is very strong, and emerging markets are suffering, out of liquidity.

I can not predict, but why do people sell less than $ 7,000 ? or when they exceed to buy more than $ 20,000? It may be that the result of doing such an action is the current price. In the long run, I expect that Bitcoin will regain $ 20,000 and will exceed $ 30,000. unfortunately I can not predict when it will be achieved at all.

Why and question when this market will recover, I think this is a temporary improvement. Everyone will ask the same thing, those who don't believe in bitcoin will definitely ask about when to go up and down. I personally will continue to survive until bitcoin by the end of 2018. I will see its development.
