No, not unless they posted in the required number of periods. If you miss posting in the periods then you lose those points forever.
You will get the full posts 14 points for every period you posted in so if you posted in three fortnightly periods over six weeks you would get 42 points. You could make one post in each period giving you 3 activity points then make 39 posts and then you would get the 42.
what if you buy an account from 2011 is it possible to gain back the activity points and become hero or legendary?

I have another question on how the activity works. I read somewhere on the forum that I can raise my activity level for the past previous two week time span as long as I make one post in that timeframe.
So if I make 1 post every two weeks for 6 weeks just like below and I come later and post the 13 posts I missed for each week + 14 post for that following 2 week span, will my activity level adjust to 56 activity or to 17 activity?

1 post made 4/20-5/4 Activity:2
1 post made 5/4-5/18 Activity:3
53 post made 5/18-6/1 Activity: 56 or 17?

Time is very important, Acitivity is calculated on time you stay on forum, reading and posting.
do you mean the "Total time logged in"? that thing doesnt mean anything mate
even you got online 24hours a day, reading all the threads here in the forum and post a thousand per day you could still only earn 14 activity points in every 2 week period. global moderator

because you can join a better signature campaign that pay way more, 0.15 is a low mount for that, you will roi pretty fast

Everyone is just mathing out the days and post approval. But you need to remember about unwanted posts and ban. Without them you will be just in course at the predicted time.

I don't see any use in buying them. It is hard to prove ownership if needed in the future. Bought account tend to be less trustworthy and the change of posting style would rise a red alarm immediately. 3-4 months is around the time one can get to know more about Bitcoin to post constructively enough.otherwise you need to wait a very long time
i don't see a problem with that, just save the thread about the purchase, and what is the problem if they see a different writing style? selling account is allowed...
3-4 months for learning about bitcoin is a bit too much, i still remember that i learned almost everything about it in the first 2-3 days(not in deep aspects)
