Transaction has been 2hours now and not confirmed
You used 1 sat/vbyte, but according to the link I gave you above, the fee for high priority is around 4 sat/vbyte, if you use wallet like Electrum that you can pump the fee, you can pump it to 4 or 5 sat/vbyte for faster confirmation. But if you can not pump the fee, just wait, it is weekend already, expect the transaction to be confirmed. Even 1 sat/byte transactions still get confirmed during the recent weekdays but it can take long, just be patient.

Bitcoin transaction can take 1, 2 , 3 or more minutes before it would be confirmed, it can take more than 10 minutes too. It depends on when the next block is mined and that can take less than or more than 10 minutes. But most time be expecting a time not far away from 10 minutes.

Yes, 1 sat/vbyte transaction can be confirmed early, it depends on how congested mempool is.

Use this to know the fee rate to use: https://mempool.space
