I work with bounty more than 2 years and it seems period of paid more longer that be in 2016.

Two years is too long to get paid from the ICO, and usually, they pay after one month the ICO is finished so they can move to the other goals. I wonder what is the ICO, did you ask with the bounty manager or the teams of the ICO about the payment? I hope that you can get paid soon and every people who participate in the ICO is also getting the payment too.
Yes, this is too long if you have to wait for 2 years, I think you should ask the campaign manager or you should contact the developer
Lots of problems that are problematic and in the end we don't get payment for what we get. as it is today. we cannot be sure whether we will still get our results or not later
As long as the ICO became successful and the team actually does have some sense of dignity in them, paying bounty is something that would always be a thing at the end. One thing I am certain of is that as long as you know you have been able to do your due diligence, and you are sure of the team you are working for as well as the fact that they have available product to make the project successful, the chances of not getting paid will always be slim.

Anything that is already 2 years, I believe is a dead project or a team with no honesty of some sort, and as an investor, a team that does not end up paying its workers, is actually a red flag.

Many projects are waiting for bull market and do not release their tokens on the exchange, so bountyhunters also do not receive their reward.

It really just depends on the bounty.  I'm not a hunter myself but I've seen some get their rewards immediately while others have to wait a year or sometimes even longer.  Just be aware of what your getting yourself into and the wide variance.

Bounty payment is taking longer than what it used to be. I understand team behind these projects may be worried about the value of their token been eroded by the bearish cryptocurrency market.

There are several ICOs like dresscode, which had allowed to spend bounty tokens during the bounty campaigns. Usually they create an application, which allows to buy things for tokens or to participate in rolls and make bets. As for me, it is good way to keep participants motivated.

Now bounties are much more strict than they were before. Now ICOs and projects are ready to pay significant ammount of tokens only to the most obvious contribution. In additon, many tokens do not make it to the exchanges, so participation is risky: I am not ready to wait for three month to get tokens that cost nothing.

Personally, I feel that I have not been paid so far from the ICO project I participated in in mid-2017, even though the project I followed was successful during the ICO period until it reached hardcap. But I don't really understand what they want so that the Bounty participants are not paid. This project is ENVION. Until now I am very sad about that.

That’s true, bounty managers worry about situations when bounty hunters dump tokens straight away after they are listed in exchange and that's why they try not to pay them as long as possible. Three to four months is average practice these days, but some pay after 6 months as well.

I have participated in many bounties and approximately I get paid within 1 to 2 months after ICO finish.
Two years is so long period they have to recalculated or add extra rewards roughly.

I think the project you are following is a scam because it does not exist in my opinion, bounty payments for up to 2 years. or the bounty manager who manages the bounty not distribute bounty payments

It cannot be ascertained, because every ICO project pays paid hunters for a different period of time according to their project. But as long as I followed the bounty campaign there were several ICO projects that paid quickly and some were waiting for more than 8 months.

There are some bounties who pay very fast, almost immidiantely .
But most them talk about stupid excuses, stupid because we all have experienced very fast payments. The longer they dont pay, the more it sems that they are a scam in general.

I think everything is different and busy with regard to the ico project we have. sometimes there are distribution problems that are very fast, even 1 week after ico is finished, there are also those who need up to half a year to be able to distribute bounty hunter rewards. usually the project with the concept of exchanger has the duration of distribution that is so long, because they usually prepare their products first and then distribute.

All projects pay money in different terms, someone pays immediately after the sale and someone after six months or even more. In General, now all projects delay payments

Time period for paying rewards on most campaigns are much more higher than before. I think main reason for that is this market condition. team always try to late for giving rewards. I think in this situation bounty hunters haven't any option than waiting.

Normally the token distribution will takes place after four weeks of the ICO sale completion so it may fall under one to three motnhs category,if some project takes too much of time to pay their participants then they might be turned into scammers or they didn't collect not enough funds to pay their participants.

It's different between one project to the other projects. Normally you will pay one month after the ICO done, but it depends on the project. Sometimes it will take more time to get paid, two months, three months or maybe you will not get paid at all.

2 years working only from 1 ICO project i think it was very long time and i thought until reach to payment day usually the participants of bounty hunters only need 2-3 months until get the payment but indeed if ICO successfully then people will get the tokens more early but in this year only several ICO reach to hardcap target and the rest of them usually has been change to scam

I agree that the timing of payments for bounty, compared with previous years, has increased significantly. I have such bounty, which I have to pay for the past 3-4 months. It annoys me, but the development team promises to pay everything.
