I think the bear market can last for additional 1-3 years . We already had such situations from 2013 -2017. During
declining market many investors leave, as they are not willing to wait for years for the market to rise.
We need new investors, including institutional ones to enter the market for changing this negative trend.

I believe bull run might not happen again, but i do think there will be certain coin that will increase in value cause they have good project and useful for many people. you should wait until December the market will rise, but not fully recovery just increasing maybe 50% - 100% just don't give up keep holding.
