I think no one knows the exact answer to this question except those who manipulate the market. The process of restoring the market depends on a huge number of factors, one of which is the news background which can be used for various manipulations. And this greatly slows the development of the market.
This market takes a long time to develop. For those who are really knowledgeable about this market, they will be waiting. I will always wait until it really grows. I always put my trust in this market.
Personally I think we'll head back down eventually. The same shorts that started this downfall have not been closed yet so I doubt we're going to back to 7.4 without an attempt to start another price drop.
Then again, there's no telling what will happen today and tomorrow. We might head up a little more beforehand, there's no telling. We might also go sideways for a bit that could cause your alts to (re)gain some value. I think it's a tricky one to call but in the longer picture I would bet on a price drop before we hit 7.4+ again.

Well, market rise weventually will come to this bloodbath. Soonar or later, but we will hit ATh and haters will stop their FUD and rush buying crypto for higher ptices!
There is no exact way of telling when the market will rise. Its normal in crypto market to fluctuates. Sometimes it just takes overnight to recover but there are times it took months to rise. Since we cannot say exactly when, I think the best thing to do now is to stay calm and compose and make the most out of the situation.

Market cycles are a natural thing, accept it. Cut out emotions as they can become your worst enemy. Buy low, sell high. As simple as that.
We really cannot predict when the market price will going to rise up again, its just that we really need to have a big patience and wait until the market pric recover.
The market gradually increased previous year. Lot of hype at that time and new investors that's why huge pump occurred.Now the market need correction, so it will takes time.
