Yes but you can that say about any prediction. If you think of it long enough it becomes a philosophical question, but still we can make some predictions just for the fun of it IMO. So my prediction is around 100 BTC will be more than enough to retire in 20 years if you are not going to live a life of a billionaire of course.

We can't predict the price of bitcoin, and there is a possible of its price to go with that price and if that price go higher with each year, your planned 1000 btc will be so much enough for 20 years.

Maybe its enough but its all depending on the price so I honestly think we cannot predict this right now or on any moment, maybe if its stable its possible.

We need to think very optimistic about the price of bitcoins in the future because this is our future too, it bitcoins will prosper we also benefited from this. So I would say that 1000 BTC is a very good investment by that time.

No one can predict what will be the best amount to hold after 20 years as no one is sure whether bitcoin will be alive till then or not.

Well that's true we don't know want will happen to bitcoin in the future, if its price is going to be that really high, or it is going to be that low.
But many speculations that in the future bitcoin will rise. So, your suggestion of holding 2 btc for 20 years.
Is good enough for a long term investment.

In next 20 years the price of bitcoin would be more then $1k for sure, and I think it will be around $5k if everything goes fine with bitcoin till then.
