Very very much. Because you dont know the value that is coming. It is very unpredictable and that is not good.
The best option is just have a daily job and see Bitcoin as a bonus to earn some a little bit money.

maybe you need 100-200bitcoin,,, Roll Eyes
but better to save some of your money at local currency

I think 20-40 bitcoin is more like it. The price will be around $200,000 each in 20 years after the general adoption.

You should put a certain amount of money into bitcoin. But not all of it. Maybe it'll grow beyond our expectations but also maybe it will drop. Better safe than sorry.

ATM I don't think it would be a good idea to put all your retire fund into bitcoin. It would be a wiser move to diversify your portfolio. Maybe buying some gold.
we do not need to buy bitcoin to be stored in the 20 years to come or in retirement. we can change the way by collecting a variety of ways for free. do not have to buy. to be able to invest in bitcoin

If you want to collect bitcoin for free, it takes long time. So it might be cheaper to do some work and buy the bitcoin directly.

While my guitar gently weeps!!!
I really don't know what would be the best value to hold after 20 years as it brings me to the same point to think that whether bitcoin will be alive or not after 20 years, its a long time though.

You have a point there, after 20 years we might not be interested anymore in bitcoin.. but who knows...atleast we still have reserve just in case the price might be good, that would be a good addition to our retirement pension..

People believe in the saying ; Bitcoin will be worth a lot or end up being worthless. I also believe this. You should collect what for you is the right amount. Some people can easily accumulate 5 Bitcoins per year, and the other struggles to get even 1 Bitcoin. Just focus on what is a good amount for yourself that makes you satisfied. If that for you is 0.5 BTC for example, then it's just fine. The most important thing is that you are happy with the amount you have. All other stuff is not important.
Diplomatic answer but very truthfully.
Who knows how much btc can jump, better to have some in cold wallet. At least small portion.

Yeah, something is better then nothing, as even something can take care of us in future if the value skyrocket, so would take risk and invest few money into bitcoins for sure.

Gold is just the hedge against the inflation, it is not a good investment for the future. Bitcoin is for the future.

for 20 years you will need 200btc for a happy retirment life....you ca afford a good house, some cars n enjoy your life..atleast i would need them all post retirement

nowadays it's very difficult to collect even 10 or 20 bitcoins. the majority of the people here have less than 0.50btc. and the higher the price will go, the lower the amounts are that people hold as they will secure their profits at some point. the best was to keep holding the 2011-2012 coins firmly in your wallets if you were a real bitcoin believer.

maybe in 20 years to come, the price will be about $ 2,000. if you have 200 BTC. The approximately $ 200,000
I think it's still very little, if you want to retire and live a glamorous, you need more bitcoin
if the price of bitcoin into $ 2,000 in 20 years later, perhaps 20 BTC is sufficient for the initial capital in doing business on the Internet, maybe we can start investing, or making capital for trading.

I think depending on the amount of wages in bitcoin. make sure you set aside a few percent to your pension is stored in the future,
I own maybe a month just got a 0.15 BTC. maybe I put 0.003 per month for old age

with this amount you can hold something in old days for some retirement i believe that you get from sig so your rank will increase and you will have more to store in old age
