I didn't knew when I got addicted to it. I generally make a rule of upto how much to spend but when I am deep in gambling I forget my own rules. I remain out of gambling for about a month when I loose a large bet but again cannot stay away from it when there is a cool match or something.
I do gamble also irregularly. I spent on gambling only with my free time and when I get bored. Maybe it's a couple of weeks that I don't make online gamble. I much prefer being a gamble free.
I very rarely do gambling, my day without gambling so much fun. but I always wanted to try when there is a great team play or an interesting match
Not really sure how long because I only gamble whenever I want. Sometime I could stay more than a month or two without gambling but sometime I gamble everyday. Depends on my mood and of course depends on my pocket 
i only gamble randomly whenever i have time or money to spare. so because of this not so regular gambling i usually have long gaps between each time i play and these gaps can be weeks or a month of no gambling.
Its been week now that i did not play because im busy in other things. As soon as i finish my work ill go back again.
For every week i playing gambling and not playing gambling depending on my lost and my balance maybe about 2-3 days.
I hae not gamble for about a month or two already. I don't have any coins to gamble with that is why. Also I don't think I'll ever go back into gambling unless I get some nice winning like I doubled or tripled my money in just five bets. Well that's impossible.

I actually broke it because pd was doing a free giveaway to promote more deposits, but I only lost what wasnt mine to begin with lol.

That s a long time man. I gamble once or twice a week and with less money. For me it is not about not gambling since I am not addicted. I just try to avoid losing money basically.
I haven't gambled at all, so a pretty long amount of time. I have kinda gambled with faucets, but I don't really think it counts as the site provides the faucet, and if I lose, I only lose what the site owned to start with.

I'm already on my 8th day without gambling. I have lost quite some money from last week so I decided to prevent myself from gambling since I think it's not a really lucky time for me to gamble.
The longer you stay without gambling, the less you need to gamble. It's like even if we are not real addicts, the less you do it the less you need it, at some point you can be months and months without feeling gambling anymore. Nowadays I find myself forced to gamble sometimes, I dont even feel like it.
I usually gamble on sports betting, but I very rarely gamble, perhaps only when there are multiple matches at the weekend. and sometimes gamble depending on the mood.

I have been gamble free for a week now.
so far i have stopped to gamble for 2 months, there is always the urge to play but i am quite happy i am doing well so far.
1 day and i am back in the devils hand, I can not stop it's just freaking hard oh well maybe 1 day i am strong enough to get out of this circle and hopefully stop this and spend my money for more usefull things.
It's easy for some members to say just stop but I guess its like smoking (lucky i do not smoke) just very hard to stop!

it was recently.
since i was away from bitcoin and everything because of my recent busy scheduled that i couldn't even visit bitcointalk, i was away from gambling too. but the gambling part was a bit longer and took nearly a month or a month and a half that i was away from gambling.
now i am back again to gamble
In past few weeks, I usually play scratching cards in weekends if I don't have anything to do. I tend to be always greedy when I can't get the bonus yet, well I don't really hoping to get the jackpot and as for as I know no one get it and will never be, it's just a display and for encouragement. So at the end I'm a looser.
