i have not gamble for 3 months or so. I burnt myself and lose like 2btc and i really regret that.
Generally I gamble at the weekends.Mostly placing bets on football matches.
And from time to time when I'm in the mood I also dice.But in the last weeks I only played at the weekends.
So my downtime from gambling is often 5 days after a weekend.

I'm already on my 8th day without gambling. I have lost quite some money from last week so I decided to prevent myself from gambling since I think it's not a really lucky time for me to gamble.
It is good for you that if you can control like this and play only once awhile because you might have already realised that we can't make money from gambling. But we should be gambling only for fun or entertainment and if you're really lucky, then you can make some decent money while gambling for fun. But after winning some money, shouldn't continue with that. Withdraw and enjoy your winnings.
Its really an achievement that you stay away from gambling. But i think if you are good in gambling and you believe in you luck, then i think you should play gambling often. Its just the matter of luck. If you luck is good, keep on doing Gambling. I just entertain myself while gambling and waiting to pass time with gambling.
It has been five days since my last bet on Man City vs Arsenal match. Don't get me wrong, I didn't bet not because I want to avoid gambling, but I just didn't have much time and was quite busy atm, even I didn't watch any football match for that time. Well on this weekend surely I would start to gamble again

In real life, has been around 4 years and the reason for that is: I woke up after a period that lead to a lot of losses but happily with the help of a therapy, I got rid of the urge to keep on gamble.

I remember when I've been got addicted to gambling, a bingo game. I found happiness because I'm playing with my friends I think it was four years ago, it was really fun. We have the fixed amount for betting, the more cards you have the more chance of winning. But now I don't consider myself a gambler anymore.
I didn't gambled for around half year straight because I was busy in some projects and had a huge loan on me.
But after finishing those projects and paying back the loan, I started gambling again and I am in profit of about 1bitcoin from gambling, that's for sure.

I have never counted exactly how many days I have been away from doing any gambling whatsoever, but I can easily go months without doing a single gamble. I am not addicted to gambling, so its not a requirement for me. I can be an entire year without gambling if I feel like it, and sometimes I gamble a lot of times in a month, it depends on my mood and of course on my money.
I request you everyone, please announce that in any period of your life if you remain without playing gambling, how much days were they. How long can you remain without playing gambling? And, it will be better if you add a reason that why you do not wanted to gamble in those days?
I will not call my self addicted to gambling,as long i can life several days without playing gambling,i ever to not play gambling almost a month,and its a good life,but this week i often to playing gambling,i dont know why this is hard to stop,and idont make any profit,that was hurt.
I am very consistent with gambling at the moment and can tell you exactly for how long i can make stop myself to stop gambling there, some times ago when i lost very huge amount than i took a break for a week and than again start doing this job.

i can remained for long time without gambling some time a have many work to do so i make a pause for gambling 1 month or more so it is not a problem for me to stop gambling. and when i'm back i just gamble with high amount.
i am mostly busy these days so i haven't been gambling at all for a while, i think it has been a month that i have places a bet. also i am not a gambling addict so i have never played that much in the first place to start with. also i love my bitcoins so much to lose them to gambling 
when I'm true busy sometimes a week or two leaving me in a state that doesn't have any taste on gambling. focusing on some scope of job relaxing on the other hand feeling comfortable on the work being done without any time to spend for it, thus gambling is way far behind to pick my attention. 
I didn't see such stress behind betting... because first betting rule is: play only for the pleasure to play.

I am not gambler all I do is for fun.Actually I don't have any problem for staying away from gambling.I can stay for good period of time without placing if this will be cause.Gambling is not all what I have.This is one of my hobbies like others as I am not in loss nor made huge fortune.
Long time ago i quite gambling for over a month and that was very fantastic time period when i was without of any stress but again i get started with a promotion and than keep doing this, it is much hard to tell for how long i can keep away myself from gambling.
